Horrible! Checked in for 2 nights and room was filthy. Floor was sticky. Dust and human hair on phone and lamps by bed. Carpet ripped up. Film across mirror and glass doors to shower the same but did not photograph well. I complained and they sent us to look at another room which was just as filthy. We were not comfortable staying and checked out. We were told the manager would contact us the next day about complaint and make sure refund happened. But as of Sunday we still have not received a call. We are frequent travelers and this type of filth is unacceptable for the price we pay.

I attended AISES Conference at Spokane Convention Center and two students traveled with me from California. Your staff was super nice, great rooms, and the continental breakfast was super clean and the best I've ever had. I will make sure to stay there again and plan to return to Spokane, it was lovely.

I have stayed here every time I have downtown appointments and will continue to stay here in the future. The rooms are reasonable, clean, and quiet. The staff are friendly, and breakfast is great. The surrounding area is not the best, but I always feel safe here.

The hotel itself was clean and nice. The area is god awful. There are tons of homeless camping right outside the hotel and doing ***** at all hours of the day.. Despite the cleanliness of the hotel I would never stay here again.

Love the property. The convenience store across the street seems to be a place homeless people flock to. The property keeps their doors locked at all times, and we felt safe on property, but it is the only negative about this location.

Location is in my opinion terrible. No secure parking. Heavy homelesss traffic all day. ALLDAY!

thie is one of the nicest La Quinta ive ever stayed in. Staff was very nice, and professional.

Would not recommend this stay at all, very high transients and vehicle got vandalized

I received a message before our arrival asking if we needed anything, which was very appreciated. When we checked in the gentleman was extremely helpful and offered suggestions for dinner. Upon check-out. He remembered why we were there and inquired as to how it went. Even though we were only there one day, it was a wonderful experience. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. Additionally, the continental breakfast was great.
