斯波坎牛津套房酒店(Oxford Suites Spokane Downtown)

This is the only hotel I stop by when I’m doing my business in Spokane. The service is very good and the breakfast is not bad at all.

我和我的家人前往小酒館（飯店餐廳）享用晚間小吃。整間飯店的文件顯示小酒館營業至 9:30。我們8點57分進入餐廳，打算點外賣。櫃檯後面的女士告訴我們「廚房已關閉」。我回覆說“你們營業到 9:30。”她回答：「是的，我們受到了猛烈的攻擊，所以我們將在 10 分鐘內關門。對不起。” 如果您實際上不會在 9:30 之前營業，請勿宣傳您會在 9:30 之前營業。這是我們第一次入住這家飯店。非常失望。

Nice hotel. Room was comfortable. But shower was dirty. I had to clean it my self. No big deal. Breakfast was busy. Food not that great. Cold meats that were not heated and as I would expect nothing but out of the box food. I chose to eat somewhere else second day. Parking tight also.

The check-in attendant Ben was super helpful, friendly, and informative. The Oxford Suites are very nice, clean, and safe. It feels fancy without feeling uptight or exclusive, which we like. Cheers to the hospitality crew that works so hard to keep this hotel running smoothly, and don't forget to leave a tip!

I had an excellent stay at the Oxford Suites. The room was very nice and comfortable and very clean. Their breakfast buffet was delicious and had plenty of options for mon-pork eaters like myself. All of the staff were super nice and friendly. Josh, the front desk personnel was very helpful and above all Cindy, the shuttle driver was just amazing. She made the rides to and from the airport enjoyable and was fun and easy to talk to. Cindy clearly loves her job as she goes above and beyond. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a good place to stay in Spokane. Also, this location is convenient and the shuttle does provide transportation to nearby restaurant within a 1 mile radius.

The staff were all lovely people From the front desk arrival around midnight to the breakfast and all kitchen staff Breakfast was good A late checkout due to our schedule was accommodated without the blink of an eye And the free shuttle to airport driver was also just a lovely person Would highly recommend And thank you to a great bunch of people
