斯波坎牛津套房酒店(Oxford Suites Spokane Downtown)

This is the only hotel I stop by when I’m doing my business in Spokane. The service is very good and the breakfast is not bad at all.

My family and I headed to the Bistro (hotel restaurant) for an evening snack. The paperwork throughout the hotel says the Bistro was open until 9:30. We entered the restaurant at 8:57 and was going to order something to go. The woman behind the counter informed us the “kitchen was closed.” I replied with it says “you’re open until 9:30.” To which she replied “yeah, we got slammed, so we’re closing in 10 minutes. Sorry.” Don’t advertise that you’re open until 9:30 if you’re not actually going to be open until 9:30. This is our first time staying in this hotel. Highly disappointed.

Nice hotel. Room was comfortable. But shower was dirty. I had to clean it my self. No big deal. Breakfast was busy. Food not that great. Cold meats that were not heated and as I would expect nothing but out of the box food. I chose to eat somewhere else second day. Parking tight also.

The check-in attendant Ben was super helpful, friendly, and informative. The Oxford Suites are very nice, clean, and safe. It feels fancy without feeling uptight or exclusive, which we like. Cheers to the hospitality crew that works so hard to keep this hotel running smoothly, and don't forget to leave a tip!

Steam room and sauna does not work. Reception/manger doesn’t know either and very defensive. No soap in bathroom wither

Good breakfast and enjoyed being able to walk to everything we were here for. Kind gal at the front desk.

Front desk was very kind and helpful. Evening happy hour and free menu is limited and was replicated the next day..not sure what they change out. Free buffet breakfast had basic choices that sufficed. 9am is a hard stop weekdays..lock the entrance and growl if you linger. Some noise btwn rooms but didn't bother us. Overall good value and location.
