Old hotel near by the train bridge.noisy.squeaky floor,whole family woked by last customer’s 6am alarm.horrible experience after all.

I can honestly not recommend this hotel. I checked in and then left. It's not the hotels fault, there are dozens of homeless swarming the area. I didn't feel safe and wasn't going to stick around to see what might happen to my car. I actually found a hotel much closer to my work venue. I've stayed in Indigo Hotels before and I've loved them, so there's that.

Everyone was very helpful and nice and went out of their way to help us with whatever we needed. The only problem we had is coming from out of town and not knowing where we could park and no where to park to even run in and ask someone. Signs in the front with parking info would be helpful. I would recommend this hotel!

Homeless people galore, just a few yards from the entrance. Your vehicle is not safe to be parked outside the hotel, so you’re forced to use their valet parking at an extra cost

The walls were very thin making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Staff were friendly and apologetic, which they needed to be a LOT. First, the room had no heat and we needed to be moved. Then we had no towels in the room. Whenever we would call the desk we would be told "a few minutes". It was always at least 20 to have an issue resolved. They overpromise and underdeliver.

The staff was very friendly. Our room looked to be newly remodeled and was very nice. The shower and bathroon were spotless! Parking was free valet only. Restaurant was closed so we didn't take part in their grab and go breakfast they offered.

The hotel is old. From the outside and lobby, it looks like an old boarding house. The rooms are delightfully renovated with totally modern accomodations. The bathroom was totally updated and very nice! The staff were very nice and helpful making you feel very comfortable

Nice size room and modern bathroom - some of the fixtures / furniture were looking a little tired. Train tracks right behind the hotel and every time the night train went by it set off a car alarm. Also wood floors so noise travels from above.

Front Desk Staff attentive and friendly, adds to the hotels boutique (ish) atmosphere despite being an IHG property. Some great food and drink options close by. Will stay here again
