The staff were lovely, extremely helpful with information and very accommodating. The rooms however were dirty - food stains down cupboard doors, inside drawers dirty, cutlery draw lined with toilet paper. Would call it a very poor clean between bookings.

Staff on arrival were very accommodating and waived the parking fee. However, the 5th floor corridor was very smelly - not sure what the smell was. The room was shabby. Details on hotel booking site stated that the apar**ents had recently been refurbished. They must have missed the room that we stayed in. It was very dated. The cupboard doors in front of the laundry were practically hanging off. There was a tatty sheet thrown over the lounge to hide goodness knows what. The sole glass in the kitchen cupboards was filthy, as was the fridge. There were three sugar sachets, three coffee sachets and three green tea with lemon tea bags - no milk, no regular tea bags. I went back to the hotel description and, although tea and coffee wasn't stated, it is something that is generally provided. Hotel description stated that bathrooms had a bath. Ours didn't. The shower was hot and powerful, but the screen was grubby with paint peeling off the ceiling. Lots of information about closing doors and opening windows when showering or cooking in order to not set off alarms and face a bill from the fire service, but no information about the TV or the WiFi or things to do in the area. The bed was rock hard with no extra pillows or blankets provided, resulting in a terrible night's sleep and an early morning exit. I doubt I'll be back.

The glass doors where dirty the shower was dirty carpet and lounge chairs dirty and stained. We had to go and buy detol wipes and Glen20 from IGA we where to scared to touch any surface We had to clean down the kitchen benches and shower. There was a build up of dust on furniture. The toilet seat was loose and had marks on it. The curtains in bedroom stunk and blinds in lounge where dirty. For the money we paid we are very disappointed it was our honeymoon and we where looking forward to the break. Outside of building we counted 4 syringes on the ground and in the gutter. We would not recommend this property to anyone. Jennifer

Mould around bath tub. Silicone needs replacing. Dust all over bed side lamp and other places. Uncomfortable lounge chair. Had to prop up with pillows. Patio dusty. Chairs dirty. Shower over bath tub. Dangerous.

Good big old apar**ent conveniently located at spring Hill

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The apar**ent was clean. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The balcony was lovely to sit outside with a coffee even though it was raining. Close walk to all facilities and Queen Street Mall, and the museum was walking distance! Would highly recommend the Sedgebrook apar**ents and will definitely stay there again the next time we are in Brisbane

Na Xue the manager is really friendly and very accommodating. She went out of her way to check us in early, get us a 2nd key for the apar**ent and a plug for the bath. Apar**ents are spacious and in a great location. Would definitely stay again!

Friendly staff. Kitchen was poorly appointed, mis matched crockery, no water glasses, few cooking utensils, range hood fan didn’t work. It was well stocked with cleaning powders/liquids.
