For an old hotel it was pretty good. The bed was very comfortable and to my liking. Most of the furniture was old but very clean and looks like it was well taken care of. The price of $80 a night was worth it. I give it a very good instead outstanding because I do believe it needs to be upgraded. Springerville is not a tourist destination, and it does make sense that they haven't done anything to improve the rooms

The cleanliness of the room could have been better. Fast check in and check out. Plenty of free parking. Friendly staff. Nice coffee machine. Fridge and micro wave in the room. Fast internet. VERY poor breakfast. Quiet town and safe environment. Only 2 good restaurants and we were in the Mexican restaurant, good food and very friendly staff.
