大廈景觀套房酒店(Mansion View Inn & Suites)

Older charming hotel. Rooms were spacious with refrigerator and microwave. The beds were comfortable, a/c worked great. The staff was friendly. It's a two-minute walk to downtown venues. Our room was very clean for its age, and I felt comfortable with my children there—lots of parking for cars and mid-size SUVs. Great price for a great place. We will be back. Thanks!

I drove 9 hours only to go check in and The hotel was filthy stinky stained couches that were supposed to be blue were brown the beds looked dusty. I refuse to stay there and told them to cancel my reservation because it looked nothing like the room I reserved and they told me that they didn’t even have the type of room I reserved. Complete false advertising. I don’t recommend this hotel at all.

This is an older hotel that has seen better days, but is till in fairly good condition and is a good choice for an inexpensive stay that is in walking distance to the Lincoln Home and Lincoln Museum.

Older property that needs serious renovation . Family that run the place very accommodative and nice . Great location downtown across from the Governors mansion . Many rooms and elevator under repair .

Close to all downtown Lincoln attractions, state capitol dome close and in view. Lots of restaurants close by. Microwave and refrigerator very helpful for food and medicine. Poorly lit stairwell. Very near the train tracks, as is entire downtown area. Though a light sleeper, it didn't bother me as much as feared.

I was informed at check in they would hold a 50$ that would be refunded at check out. I went up to my room on the third floor. The elevator was broken. My door key did not work then I realized the door was not locked. I went in and both lamp shades as well as one lamp was broken. The bulb was hanging over with wires exposed. I tried to call the front desk but the phone was broken. After I informed the front desk of the issues he moved me to the room next door. Again the lamp shades were broken one with a wire sticking out. But I stayed. It was late by this time. In the morning the sink would not drain and water leaked from the bottom of the tub and flooded the bathroom. When I checked out I told the staff. He apologized and went to take a look. The hotel was very run down. The furniture was old and broken and it had an overall dirty feel to it. When I checked my bank account the hotel charged me on charge that included the $50 deposit. It’s been 10 days and I have not received a refund.

Room smelled like old cigarette smoke, couch was very stained and worn, fridge was rusty on the inside, coffee table legs were not attached to the tabletop, carpets had lots of burn holes in them, there was a smashed spider on the wall by the bed, and the fitted sheet had blood on it. Elevator was out of order, and we were on the third floor. Trains went by all hours of the night and day.

I enjoyed the room. I had coffee in the morning and did my exercises. Everything was within walking distance. It was a great stay.
