Appears to be a property that was worn out, and now is being rehabbed. Freshly painted and clean, but doesn’t look new. Room needs more electrical outlets near the bed. Glad I brought my own extension cord. Check-in was very pleasant, but extra time was taken in back-and-forth between staff members. I appreciated the sweets offered while I waited. They were not able to give me the handicapped-accessible bathroom I had requested. I would recommend installing grab bars in the tub in every room.

This was the dirtiest hotel I ever stayed in. The rooms including the bed were extremely dirty to the point of getting infected. The floors were sticky and dirty. No proper ventilation in the rooms. The lady at the front desk was unprofessional and not customer friendly, and when I was checking in, she gave instructions to the person who was helping me, to take care of something else. After checking in I was not given any directions to my room. The only plus point of this property was its proximity to the airport and price. The advertisement on the internet about this property was deceiving and I will never, ever choose this property. This was the only property available when I visited Philly (other properties were ridiculously expensive).

We were told we would be able to check in early without a fee during the week of from a phone call with management. When we got there they told us we weren’t going to be able to check in early and they still charged us an early check in fee. Staff was unreliable and unfriendly, we will not be staying there again.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! The jacuzzi DOES NOT WORK, there's no gym and the room had bugs. The roaches seemed to be well fed. Also, seedy characters hung outside my room at all hours of the night. Save your money, stay somewhere else!!

These are very basic accommodations, but with spacious bathroom, comfortable bed, good quality linens and pillows. The other furnishings are in good condition. We like to have a refrigerator and in-room coffee.

I had a mouse in my apartment. It ate one of the layers of my bag and went through it, I tried reaching out to the owner/manager no one responded... It is very loud inside, you can easily hear all the people outside. I had some trash in my room that wasn't picked up when I walked in. All of this happened on Nov 23, 2023

No microwave in the room. We've posted the have breakfast included in the stay. But just staff are not informed when breakfast was no room service for the time I was. There didn't mean replace the sheets or the towels
