I liked the location but otherwise found that it was dirty, smelled like smoke and wet dogs and the staff was slow to respond.

front desk personnel excelente attention, specially assist manager Nye and Kerri they were always helpful and always happy and help guests with an smile

OK for one night for the lowest room price in the area. I have never stayed at a residential hotel before so maybe this is usual and I only know about one room. Room 230 is very tired and stained. TV and hairdryer did not work and there was a major leak in the sink which left a big puddle on the floor over night. No electrical outlets on the nightstands. No dishes or anything in kitchen but it looks like you just have to ask for them at the front desk. Front desk should have offered them. On the plus side the room was as clean as it could get. The shower worked well with plenty of hot water. Bed was comfortable and linens and towels seemed freshly washed. Wifi worked well. I felt safe as the place was well-lit and staffed. Personnel was kind but did not explain advertised "breakfast." Breakfast is coffee, granola bars and packets of instant oatmeal. Hopefully this hotel is a work in progress. It had lots of other guests I assume are there for extended stays. They seemed decent and happy.

Nyo is a wonderful nice assistant manager. Nyo is always smiling and very nice person. Thanks Nyo for being a really great person!

the toilet seat was loose and broken, also the sink where hands are to be wash was sealed from the opening hole hence water was not draining

Kerri is a great overnight front desk representative. Kerri is very friendly and overall a worker.

I lived at this location for 2 months. The assistant Manager was fantastic, he catered to my ever need every day. The entire staff were gracious and very friendly. I love the idea that O could cook

I really like Nyo and Kerri at the front desk. They have excellent communication skills and very polite and knowledgeable about the hotel.
