Photos on the website are needing updated, but to my surprise it was a well kept hotel. Pricing was good. We got there late so we were unable to check the pool and fitness center out. Breakfast was a small continental but I had the biscuits and gravy, they were delicious. If I should ever find myself back in Springfield, I’ll stay again

Was there for one night. I was so disappointed with the condition of the hotel and the room. Everything is falling apart. Even the up and down arrow on the elevator. They seriously need to get new toilets, sinks and tubs. The mattress cover was ripped. Not sure about the previous hyped up reviews but nothing matched. The guy checking in wasn’t welcoming. He didn’t even explain WiFi or breakfast. Not going back there again.

The staff was extremely helpful. The location was close enough to the Lincoln Museum so we could walk there. The hotel itself is pretty basic—rooms are small, fitness room is very small, towels are small…but we were only in town for one night and the location was totally worth it.

The motel was very good, the staff on days were exceptional. The third shift staff were also very good.
The second shift person working the front desk was rude and disrespectful to guests. He sat in the dark and look at his cell phone and was not responsive to guests.

Pros: Close to many attractions, room amenities were good, good 24/7 beverage station, staff seemed efficient.
Cons: Mattress was really uncomfortable and breakfast was pretty limited (good restaurants within walking distance, though).

Other than not giving me a receipt because I booked with ******* and having the smallest bath towels I have ever seen in a hotel and very limited cable options (mostly all news and sports channels), it was okay for one night.

The person at the front desk never looked at us while we checked in. He was not rude but definitely not welcoming. The breakfast was ok. Biscuits and gravy, make your own waffles, cereal, yogurt, coffee and tea. Scrambled eggs and fruit would have been wonderful.

We stayed at this hotel because it was rated highly, and it met all of our expectations. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and it is in walking distance of historic sites and several places to eat.

This hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. Being so close to the Lincoln sites -- easily within walking distance -- made it a great place to stay.
