斯普林維爾戴斯酒店(Days Inn by Wyndham Springville)

Few days before I checked in, I called ahead to make sure that there was a bathtub for my wife. There was a tub but no water stopper. I checked with the front, and they said they don't provide them anymore. The carpet was old and frayed. Breakfast was terrible. No water, hardly any fruit. Orange juice was very thin. I will never stay at this place again.

Hotel is beginning to show some wear. But it's located next to Cracker Barrel and is located in an extremely safe area!

Absolutely horrible!! The bed gave my wife and I a rash. Didn’t get the room we reserved. And the front desk called with out request to wake us up.

Not very welcoming, not many amenities in winter… No pool, no hot tub, no gym.. even with mostly empty hotel we still ran out of hot water for shower in the morning. Breakfast is minimal toast, cereal, waffle. Beds firm.

Clean, the walls are thin and could hear the people upstairs. No yogurt or eggs for breakfast. It was good what they had ...just no extras. very clean.

The Days in at Provo was great! Clean and easy check in even at 1am. Beds comfy and clean. Thanks

The manager was very rude and didn’t want to understand our troubles. We travelled 13&1/2 hours in winter weather conditions. Our long trip was to lay my grandmother to rest. Which we did unfortunately we had an unexpected emergency and had to leave a day early. When I went to check out the manager wouldn’t refund my stay for that night. I told him our situation, he told me to contact ******* since I paid through them. ******* failed to refund me and so did Days Inn. We drive back 13&1/2 hours Saturday night in snow and some parts of black ice. We made it back to attend to our family emergency. I’ve been emailing ******* regarding my refund but they fail to respond. Does anyone know how I can get my refund?

Very clean and maintained room. Only problem (not with the hotel) was neighbor had an alarm that went off at 5:45 and they didn’t turn it off till 6:30. Wasn’t a problem with the hotel though just a bit irritating with the alarm. Had a long drive ahead of us anyway, just helped move us along before we wanted.
