羅布斯塔度假村(Robusta Retreat)

We stayed for three nights and had a memorable experience. Excellent service, convenient location, well maintained gardens and spacious rooms. Staff is very polite and helpful. They go beyond to make your stay comfortable. Total value for money.

Peaceful and a very good property. Staff is polite, and well-mannered. Our stay with robusta retreat was amazing. Can't end the review without mentioning the good behaviour of Mr Mubeen here. Hygiene is also maintained and you can enjoy dal lake

I stayed for 3 nights in Robusta Retreat’s newly opened suites (spacious bedroom + living room with private balcony and a common lawn in front) with my elderly mother and the view of the hills and lake made it a great setting as we couldn’t travel around very much. A big shout out to the hotel staff for especially the manager Irfan for a lot of help and assistance at all times.

Excellent rooms with breathtaking view. Outstanding service and wonderful food in the restaurant. Overall very peaceful and quite area. Whole facility is well managed and beautifully maintained. Walking distance to Dal lake & very close to gardens.

The property is overall a very clean one. We had no issues with rooms cleanliness and bed linen. Everything was upto the mark. The restaurant / eating are is also very well kept. The food served was delicious. Even the in-room dining service was very quick. The breakfast layout was also very impressive. The open / lawn area are also very well kept and easily accessible. We had dinner once in the lawn area and it was truly the highlight of the trip. A big thanks to Irfan and Nassir (Restaurant) for making our trip a memorable one. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a comfortable stay without ay hesitation.

Paradise on earth , absolutely polite, caring staff ,neat and clean rooms , friendly and personilised care . Tasty food .. and wonderful ambience with spacious rooms with latest gadgets ,good wifi .. overall a 7 star experience .. would love to come again

We stayed in Robusta Retreat for about 4 days in different intervals and felt like family. Special thanks to the Manager( Irfan), Mubin, Nasir, Tanveer. The staff were really helpful overall. We stayed in about 3 different places in Kashmir but this was our best and definitely recommend the stay to everyone . Thanks and cheers.

The staff was very accomodating and treated us like their family. Loved our stay. Everyone helped us all throughout our stay. The view of the hotel is also extravagant and has a combination of mountains and the dal lake. Robusta retreat was a blast!
