The food is amazing! They provide a very nice and fast service. The staff is polite! Very comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend to stay here. Touseef was very helpful during the whole stay! Wonderful place to spend time with your loved ones!

The receptionist tarik mir , suriya and tauseefhk saad provided a very good and a quick service, the hotel staff was very friendly and cooperative, would definitely suggest every one to consider this hotel when u visit srinagar , the food was excellent and the rooms were 5/5

Great hospitality. Clean rooms. Food was excellent with variety cuisines . Staff was welcoming and ready to assist at all times . Even arranged for doctor on call for my mom. No complaints. I appreciate the services of Mir Tariq and Tauseer and Zahoor . All good and highly recommended.

The service at the hotel was absolutely spectacular. The hotel staff Tauseef was extremely helpful and friendly. The food was really good especially the dosas. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Srinagar.

Very nice ambience, cordial staff, clean rooms. Food is delicious and good service at dining by Mr.Tousif and Ishfaq. Washroom set up is nice but the water and hot water mix up is poor. Rest all Lenin beds ambience everything went well and wish to visit again.

A trip to Kashmir already promises an unforgettable experience- but choosing this hotel was hands down the best decision we made! There was no lack in hospitality, be it the 5 star standard rooms or the management; special shout-out to Mr. Tawsif, Mr.Ataur, Mr. Basharat, Mr. Ishbad, Mr. Aijaz; thank u sooo much for making our stay comfy and cozy (and for the masala omelette everyday) Not to mention the two small rooftops, makes the hotel look really cute and homely ＜3 -Ahana Love from Bangladesh
