我透過那裡的網站在線預訂了這家酒店，但令我最驚訝的是，他們在我到達斯利那加的那一刻取消了我的預訂，沒有任何事先通知。因為我和妻子在一起，所以我必須經歷很多不便。無論如何我預訂了另一家酒店。永遠不要建議在斯利那加入住這家旅館。

It's more a home stay rather a proper hotel. Stayed here few years back. Located near Dal Lake ( walkable distance but don't get confused, no sea view at all). Location wise pros is near Dal Lake and cons is in residential type area, on a relatively narrow road- street . So you won't get feel of Srinagar here. Staff- Run by owner. Very humble and thorough gentleman. Helps you. Rooms- Neat rooms ,though ordinary construction and decors. Nothing special about rooms. Small in size ,bathrooms are small and very ordinary. Food- Simple home like breakfast and dinner. Not wide spread but whatever limited they serve is fresh and good. Overall - It's not a proper hotel. It's home stay type accommodation. Feel safe while staying with family, but, don't expect much from this place, I mean special or luxury or views etc.

Throwback review (April 2018): Choosing to visit Kashmir was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made! On the recommendation of a family friend, we booked a family tour and stay at Hotel JH Bazaz, and we couldn’t be happier. The entire experience was flawlessly organized and managed by Mr. Sarwar Hussain. From the cozy, clean rooms to the delicious home-cooked meals, every aspect of the stay enhanced the magical charm of Kashmir. The hotel’s central location, just a short distance from Dal Lake, made it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. Mr. Sarwar and his team went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and well cared for. A special mention must go to Abdul Bhai, the transport partner, whose warmth, wit, and deep knowledge made every road journey an absolute delight. He ensured we fully immersed ourselves in the beauty and culture of Kashmir. Mr. Sarwar stayed in constant communication, offering clear guidance and ensuring our safety throughout our travels. Abdul Bhai’s expertise with the region’s geography made even the most challenging routes feel easy and enjoyable. From the moment we were picked up at Srinagar airport to our drop-off on the final day, everything was seamless. Our excursions to Gulmarg, Sonmarg, and Pahalgam were well-planned, and exploring local sights in Srinagar was equally rewarding. Our stay on the houseboat was the perfect way to conclude the trip—comfortable and tastefully luxurious. Even when a family member fell ill late at night, Mr. Sarwar personally attended to the situation, ensuring they recovered quickly and comfortably. It’s rare to experience such impeccable service without a single drawback. Hats off to Mr. Sarwar Hussain, Abdul Bhai, and the entire team for embodying the true spirit of Kashmir’s hospitality. Interestingly, as we write this, my brother is also visiting Kashmir for his honeymoon—a testament to how captivating this destination truly is.

We had stayed for 2 days during our visit to Srinagar, rooms very neat and clean. Mr Sarvar who is the owner, personally inspects our comfort and is very proactive, he also guided and gave us useful tips for the excursions trips. The food was very homely and tasty. All the staff is very friendly with pleasent smiles and very prompt. Also would like to mention Mr Sarvar pays attention to our feedback and looks very positive to work towards them. Like to specially mention about the small but beautiful garden which is very well maintained. Thankyou for making our stay very comfortable.

2 min walk to Dal Lake, quiet, cosy rooms, adequately furnished with all necessary amenities, with very good service, and top notch safety and security, all these for a mere Rs. 2,500/-. In addition, tasty homemade healthy food at unbelievable prices.. We stayed there for three days from 9.4.24, whereas our other group members stayed at a fancy lakeside hotel, with rooms at Rs 9000/- a day, rude service, and ate costly horrible food . I noticed this hotel from reviews, mainly about the owner Mr. Sarwar, and on staying there, I found that all the review ws were correct. He is an extremely likeable gentleman, polite and always ready to help out. My friends had made the local travel arrangements, and I came to know firstst hand about the cutthroat rates there. My advice is to follow Mr. Sarwar's advice.

Best location, best food . Happy stay in this good property....... Sarwar ji is too mouch supportive , infact he himself finalise my rest of tour ...... He arrange a beautiful 4 room houseboat for us ....... Thanx sarvar bhai , we r planinning again to visit same .... wonderful memories

We stayed 3 days in the hotel. It is at 3-4 minutes walking distance from Dal Lake. Management was very welcoming. Owner is very hospitable and responsible person. He was always helpful...even outside of his provision. He arranged our transportation from airport nd back and for sightseeing at reasonable price. He also arranged accommodation for our extended stay due to flight cancelation. Breakfast and dinner was fresh, we were asked daily about what we wanted to have. We would definitely recommend this hotel without hesitation.

It is always an awesome experience staying here ....near and clean rooms....great service by the host Mr sarwar ....and proximity to the dal lake make this property one of the best options to stay in Srinagar ...we always have a wonderful time here ...highly recommended 👍👍👍👍👍

Good budget Home stay for middle class and lower middle class families. 10 minutes walk to Dalgate ghat number 2. Room rent 2500. With breakfast 3000, since BF is only very basic opt for room only option. Book taxis from taxi stand since hotel will charge 30% more if they arrange taxis. For our Doodhpathri trip hotel charged 3500, taxi driver told us that he will be getting only 2500. Advised us to call taxis directly. If you are ready to spend 1000 more you will get better hotels near by.

It was a wonderful experience in Kashmir staying in JH Bazaz. We never felt we are away from home. Staffs are very cooperative. Overwhelmed with the hospitality of Sarwar Bhai.Driver also was like a family member and helped in the places to bargain and find new places😊

Amazing hospitality, It's like a home away from home. While there are other hotels with much more amenities, the hospitality here simply stands out. Homely food, seamless arrangement of our daily travel plans made it a pleasant stay.

Best place to live in near dal lake with all min facilities available . Nice rooms, hygienic and well maintained..USP is homecook food by owner..it's really delicious and very good option for all vegetarians..also value for money..
