阿拉比亞皇家酒店(Hotel Royal Arabia)

We had three night stay at this hotel and the experience was amazing the staff was very kind and the food and services including dinner and breakfast both were very delightful... The staff was supportive and had a really amazing experience Must visit this hotel !!

I was disappointed with this hotel due to following reasons: 1. There is no room service 2. Housekeeping is awful - actually doesn't exist. Nobody came to clean the room during the whole day while we were out. The cups we had used in the morning for tea were lying as it is with the torn sachets of milk powder & sugar. (see photo 3)When informed after our return, they promised but sent no one to clean. Hence I had to clean it myself＞ 3. The mattress/linen was torn (see photo 1 & 2) 4. They provide only one bottle of water. When we asked for one more, they refused. I had to go down to dining hall to fill one empty bottle. I am attaching some photos for your reference.

Bathrooms need to be properly cleaned. White plastic plates and cups provided in Breakfast were not clean and were dirty. Kitchen hygiene was not good. Staff were supportive though and turnaround time was quick for other areas. Hotel was reachable by cabs and autos were only few steps away which was good.

Best hotel in srinagar good ***agement and delicious food wonderful memories with hotel royal arabia .... Especially Zakir and ashfaq they are very helpful and Houskeeping staff are very professional...

stayed in this hotel in may 2023, the stay was very pleasant , well maintained hotel with heater facility , staff was also co operative specially ishfaque bhai, from booking to chk in - chk out he was in touch with us, he also helped us in booking of pahalgam hotel thru his contacts. hotels rates are quite reasonable.

Nyc hotel n location is vry close to dal lake Hotel staff ws gud, frndly n vry helpful Especially Mr Ashfaq he ws very humble n helpful N the hospitality offered by him ws grt. Will visit again soon inshaAllah

Really very nice hotel with great ambiance and perfect staff...they helped us in each and every ***ner although there was minor issues with room but they changed our room same day. We stayed on first floor it was really nice staying there and food was very delicious however buffet was not vast but it was simple and yummy like veg noodles,poha,prantha,curd,tea, coffee,milk,cornflakes,boiled egg.... Thanks a lot for that much great services...See you in winters... as Kashmir is a place to visit twice and should take fun of both weathers...

When you stay here you were at peace Always Good Staff Great Room Service They Provide Every little Thing In Your Room Tooth Brush, Paste And even a Shaving Kit We Dont Get such Things everywhere.......

The overall hygiene, maintenance and service of the hotel is seriously compromised. The included breakfast at 9 am was cold and nearly finished everyday (Despite availability time till 9.30). The bedsheet and pillow covers were used and filthy. Drawers and cupboards had dust and insects. The hotel stinked as paint & polishing work was going on. Hot water in bathroom was mildly warm in such a cold weather. They won't come to your room when you ask, and keep knocking at your door in the name of housekeeping when you are fast asleep, despite 'Do not disturb' switched ON. The room door bell didn't work. TV Remote was missing and despite asking for 4 days, they didn't provide it. Food was the worst part. It's so bad with no taste and cold, no matter what you choose. It wasn't just me, I witnessed guests having brawls with the staff over this everyday. Only thing I liked was Tea (on order). Go for Royal Heritage or another hotel with better services, but NEVER this if you don't want to spoil your mood or Holiday.
