我在富豪宮酒店有非常好的體驗。特別是接待處的 Rauff 先生，在所有住宿和餐飲方面都非常樂於助人。他非常有禮貌，微笑解決了我們的問題...我也非常感謝這些人和他的團隊。他對飯店環境的管理非常令人愉快，帶給所有客人愉快的感覺。酒店管理層做得很好，在這裡度過了愉快的時光。

位置最好在斯利納格中心，非常漂亮 所有旅遊宮殿都非常靠近這家酒店，尤其是著名的達爾湖，距離酒店僅 1 公里 酒店後側 Jhelum 河有一段距離，步行即可到達 酒店工作人員非常友善和禮貌，他們會及時做出回應，這讓我們感到驚訝特別感謝團隊 regal...

寬敞的房間、親切和樂於助人的員工、美味的食物、平易近人的位置，靠近市場和 Lal chowk。我喜歡呆在那裡。乾淨衛生的浴室。強烈推薦..必須入住👌👌

I and my wife recently stayed at the Hotel Regal Palace, Srinagar and were thoroughly impressed by the impeccable service. We were really pleased with our stay as it's a very nice, modern hotel and with all the facilities needed. It is ideally situated right in the heart of Srinagar and the location makes it great for sight-seeing the whole city while taking evening walks enjoying the charm of Kashmir. This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth & charm of Srinagar & its people instead of a cold impersonal hotel. The GM, Mr. Aquib & all staff make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support in every need of your visit. Their breakfast variety & especially the cardamom tea are an excellent way to start the mornings. We would also like to thank Mr. Aquib for organizing our entire Kashmir tour and providing us with the best guide anyone could ever ask for: Mr. Nasir. Nasir Bhai is a gem of a person who made sure we make memories to last a lifetime in Kashmir. He surely deserves all the happiness in life as his honesty reflects in his humble nature. Thank u very very much Nasir bhai for everything. Someone once said "Kashmir is heaven on earth"... We totally agree with this and to actually be here was a dream come true and the icing on the cake was the people we met on this journey... Thank you very much Kashmir... 🙏

Its raining in srinagar temperatures below 0 still not heating in the room. Throughout night the centralised heating was on from 10pm to 2pm after which me and my pregnant wife are shivering in cold conditions with her having fever. Blanket is stinking. Toilet is stinking worse experience please check the rating and refund us asap

Property location is good exactly at the market, which gives ease to romeo around.

Hotel has really good food, near by all market and it's very near to ganta ghar. Room was neat and clean.

Hotel location is heart of city, hotel staff is very professional, hotel rooms are spacious and good and they also have arranged a tour itinerary Kashmir sightseeing. GM Mr. Aqib and his team have made our trip safe secure and amazing moments of amazing Kashmir.

Very very bad ecperience. We had a two night stay at hotel regal palace. On the first day we shocked with the pathetic condition of bathroom. Closet was full of stains. Next day morning we told the hotel guy to clean the room. But they didn't attend the bathroom yet. Hot water in bathroom was limited. Only three hours in night. The second night was really horrible. Heater in the room did not worked the whole night. We had our 5 year baby with us. He couldn't sleep because of the heavy cool temperature in room. We complained twice to the hotel guy about the room heater. But they didn't tackle the issue and even nobody came to check the condition of heater. They claims it is a three star hotel. But people like us who have vast experience in staying 3 star hotels, we can definitely say it is not up to a one star category in service. I will not suggest anybody to stay here. Regrets for choosing this through make my trip
