Hyatt Place St Augustine/Vilano Beach

We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Place Vilano Beach. It was a close walk to a beautiful, clean beach. We were told the pool wasn’t warm, but turned out it was! We skipped swimming because we weren’t aware until it was too late. The breakfast was great and well stocked. We paid a little extra for a balcony but the view wasn’t good. Don’t waste your money on a balcony. We paid for valet parking which ended up not being necessary. There is plenty of street parking. It was overall a clean hotel and very friendly staff.

Recently, I stayed at Hyatt Place St. Augustine/Vilano Beach, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff made check-in effortless. The hotel has a modern decor, creating a welcoming a**osphere that continued throughout. The room was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. A comfortable bed ensured a restful night. The breakfast buffet, with its diverse and delicious options, stood out. Impressive amenities included a well-equipped fitness center and pool. The hotel's commi**ent to cleanliness and hygiene was commendable. What truly sets Hyatt Place St. Augustine/Vilano Beach apart is its exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond, from the concierge to the front desk team maintaining perfection. Hyatt Place St. Augustine/Vilano Beach exceeded my expectations. It's a haven of comfort, and hospitality. For an unforgettable stay. I wholeheartedly recommend Hyatt Place. I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to return and experience the magic once again.

When I arrived at the property the room I booked was unavailable, then they gave me another room that wasn’t the same room because only had 1 bed and a bed sofa and I paid for a room with 2 beds and a bed sofa. I had to park in the street because the valet parking asked me for $25 dollars which I consider too much, in other hand the hotel is new and fancy, but I think that is too much money for one night.

Very clean rooms, hallway, property. Super friendly, helpful professional staff especially Amber, front desk staff in the evening. Very attentive and quick to address disruptive rude guest. Excellent breakfast too!

This hotel checks all the boxes! Amazing staff, clean room, comfortable bed, great breakfast/coffee, walking distance to beach and restaurants, great view ❤️ A all the way!

Brand new hotel. Walkable to the beach and nearby restaurants. Loved the art deco style. Rooftop views are great. Parking available on the street, but if not you can valet
