We cancelled this reservation and the whole trip on August 7. I spent a long time and great frustration online trying to get acknowledgement of the cancellation, as I was finally able to get confirmation of the cancellation of the hotel in Redlands. Trying to navigate your website to fiind a simple way simply to canel the reservation was an experience that I never want to repeat.

The stay at the hotel was great, however, we had to wait at the check-in counter several minutes when we checked in since no one was there. When we checked out, the wait was at least a 15 minute wait since, AGAIN, no one was at the counter! The stay was great, except for the service wait!

I really like this motel for the price point. The room had a kitchen and was a very nice large room for the money. The property and the rooms were very clean.The pool seemed really nice, although we didn't use that due to weather. We used the hot tub and that was clean as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel made a mistake, charged us twice for the room- they fixed . Then we were supposed to check in at 3 , we went to our room and it has not been cleaned. Was told to wait 30 min so they could clean it. Didn’t get into our room until after 6:30 pm- after waiting an hour in the lobby we went and got dinner . Other than that minor set back the hotel staff is amazing, the facility is nice and clean, the hot tub nice and clean
