舒眠酒店(Sleep Inn South Bend Airport)

When I arrived at the room the window was open and the heat was off. Mind you it was 37 DEGREES outside!! Took over an hour for the room to warm up. The door lock was broken and when trying to call the desk from the room...found out the phone service was not working! The bed was nice... ONLY good thing about my stay!

Had a wonderful night's sleep. Very quiet and low key, close to the airport. Room could have been a little cleaner, in room coffee pot was moldy inside. Overall a good place to stay, I'd come here again.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Yes, it's a bit dated and no frills but my room was excellent. The bedding was pristine, the mattress was firm and comfortable, the carpet was so clean I could see the lines from the recent vacuuming. The bathroom was spotless (even the grout)! The staff were all nice and helpful. There was hot breakfast in the morning (eggs & sausage) and other selections. It was a great stop for an overnight business trip. If I am back in the area, I will return.

Nice easy check in. Very clean, room was not facing street had a look at sunset over trees to West. Big bathroom, nice decor, bedding, couch, large desk and TV.

Change room twice, request clean pillows (smells sweaty), bed covers dirty. Worse part was the bathroom (coffeemaker is behind the toilet) toilet didn't work and the shower was clogged.

Very nice basic hotel. Clean rooms with great beds and close to airport. Very quiet, breakfast provided and was good. Very polite management

The place seems really nasty went inside Just the in the lobby smelled really bad. I turned araound and never check in

Check-lady was awesome. However we didn’t have an ice bucket fir ice, no remote for tv, and only 1 wash cloth for 2 people. So we had to go Dian and ask for these things. Fortunately she was great in helping us.
