We had a lovely 4 night stay recently.Staff very friendly and helpful.Only criticism, plates for breakfast buffet cold as was the toast when arrived at our table, otherwise all good.

Very happy with our week's stay at Hotel Cristina for my Birthday. Our room was on the top floor of 3, and as such commanded great views over St Aubin's bay, facing the afternoon / evening sun and our room have a balcony with 2 chairs and a table on it to enjoy. A help yourself buffet breakfast was served in the main dining area which again had great views of the bay whilst having breakfast. There was all the usual full English items to choose from, plus salmon, mackerel, hams and cheese, plus fruit and yoghurt. We never had to wait too long to be seated. The rooms were always serviced each day very efficiently by friendly staff. There is good on site parking, there are two car parks, a smaller one next to the entrance to reception, and a larger one higher up, where you can access the rooms to the hotel via a further door which saves walking back around and in through reception. Would certainly stay again.

Very clean hotel, spectacular views of St Aubin's Bay . The staff was very kind and friendly.The bedroom was spacious with a comfy bed. The food at the restaurant and bar was excellent . I honestly can't wait to go back

I would advise against staying at this hotel. I would like to add that before I wrote this I emailed the hotel twice to make my concerns known but nobody has bothered to respond. The room photographs are very deceptive. We stayed in a standard room with sea view on the 2nd floor. The room is so small that you struggle for any space to get dressed in the morning. There was no clean-up/bed service AT ALL for our 4 day stay. Even the bins were not emptied! The tea/coffee/water was not replinished. The room is stiffingly hot at night leading to having to have the balcony door open which is a security risk. All in all we really did not enjoy our stay. We would not recommend.

Very aggressive questioning from duty manager with Covid restrictions in place which was uncalled for. Doors bang along corridor all night due to incorrect sealing. Noisy stay . Clean but in need of make over. Other staff fine , parking handy.

Fantastic stay Got upgraded to a lovely room by the pool …definitely a room with a balcony is needed

Very clean, attentive staff, beautifl views across St Aubins Bay. Food was excellent. All in all we had a very relaxed stay and would recommend the Christina Hotel

We had a 3 nights stay at Cristina & our first time in Jersey. The hotel was very convenient for the bus stop & was a great way to see all the Island. Would definitely recommend this hotel….we will most definitely be back 👍

All the staff were excellent and very helpful, the food was very good and its location afforded an excellent view over the bay. I would have no problem recommending this hotel to anyone who is reasonably fit. It is a steep walk up to the hotel and there are no lifts within the hotel itself.
