傳統之家酒店(At Heritage House)

Wat een fijne plek. Je voelt je er meteen welkom. Bonita is heel vriendelijk, warm en grappig. Ze wil echt dat je het naar je zin hebt. De kamers zijn mooi ingericht en comfortabel. Het ontbijt is geweldig. Het is echt een heel fijn guesthouse. De hoofdstraat met alle restaurants is op 3 minuten lopen. De hippo tours zijn op loopafstand. Voor alle andere tours wordt je voor de deur van het guesthouse opgehaald. Bonita regelt het allemaal. Laat haar weten wat je wilt, en ze zorgt er voor. Wij hadden een probleem met de sleutels van onze huurauto. Bonita was een droom. Ze heeft ons vanaf het begin bijgestaan. Wat een lief mens. Wij komen heel zeker terug. We hadden maar 1 nacht geboekt. Daar hadden we achteraf een beetje spijt van. Er is zo veel te doen. We hebben nu een sunset hippo tour gedaan, en de volgende ochtend een “half day” wetlands safari. Volgende keer doen we het 3 nights safari pack. Dankjewel Bonita voor een zalig verblijf in St Lucia.

Super Lage, sehr zentral. Sehr ruhig. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, auch das Personal. Sehr sauber. Eine Wohlfühloase. Es stand immer eine nachgefüllte Sherryflasche zur Verfügung (hab ich noch nie erlebt). Einfach super und sehr empfehelnswert. Würde/werde wieder dahin gehen.

Die Unterkunft liegt im Herzen von St. Lucia und vielleicht 3 Minuten von guten Restaurants entfernt. Auch bei Dunkelheit unproblematisch, es sei denn, ein Flusspferd hat sich mal wieder verlaufen. Die Zimmer sind groß genug und gut ausgestattet. In den Betten haben wir sehr gut geschlafen. Das Badezimmer war sehr groß und bis auf Zahnpasta ist alles vorhanden. Auch vor dem täglichen Stromausfall ist man hier gewappnet, Licht und heißes Wasser gibt es weiterhin. Die Aufenthaltsräume bestechen durch Zweckmäßigkeit, wobei uns der Frühstücksbereich am kleinen Swimmingpool am besten gefallen hat. Kaffee, Tee und Mineralwasser steht jederzeit zur Verfügung. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und warmer Teil wird nach Wunsch angefertigt. Die Damen sind sehr nett und freundlich. Besonders zu erwähnen ist Managerin Thea, die versucht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen und jederzeit Fragen umfangreich beantwortet. Vielen Dank nochmals Thea. Bei dieser Unterkunft stimmt das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis!

Nous y avons passé 3 nuits. Calme absolu tout en étant situé à 3 minutes de marche du centre ville (restaurants et commerces). Grande chambre avec coin salon (2 fauteuils donc pas de jaloux !), Un très grand lit ultra confortable. Cadre très agréable avec un patio absolument ravissant et une petite piscine trop froide à cette époque mais très jolie. Le petit déjeuner est bon et copieux et il est possible de choisir des saucisses végétales (que j'ai bien appréciées). On peut aussi demander un petit déjeuner froid à emporter si on part très tôt (et nous avons emprunté un thermos sachant que nous revenions le soir). De l'eau en bouteille est fournie gracieusement, ainsi que de délicieuses friandises aux dattes. Accueil à la fois très pro et sympathique, on peut aussi réserver des activités. Nous avons opté pour la croisière de 2 h : le tarif proposé était compétitif et nous étions sur un bateau de 15 places (+ le guide/pilote/capitaine que nous avons trouvé aussi pédagogue que sympathique) alors que d'autres bateaux ont une capacité de 80 personnes... Nous étions bien contents d'être sur le plus petit ! Merci pour ce séjour fantastique, j'espère avoir le plaisir de revenir un jour !

Tuvimos un problema con nuestras fechas y no dudaron en ayudarnos y cambiarlas. Tanto el trato de la dueña, las instalaciones, el desayuno y las habitaciones plagadas de detalles para el cliente solo pueden ser calificadas con la nota más alta posible. Enhorabuena por hacer de nuestra estancia un tiempo inolvidable.

Lovely place - the hostess Bonita couldn't do enough for us. Very comfortable room and really comfortable bed, with TV, kettle and tea and coffee making facilities and excellent breakfast Well placed in St Lucia. Been there before and we will be back as the standard is very high

The service we received was nothing short of fantastic, providing us with a feeling of warmth and friendliness that enhanced our stay. I must extend a special thank you to Bonita and her exceptional team, whose attention to detail and eagerness to accommodate our every need made our visit truly memorable.

Great place with fine rooms and delicious breakfast. Bonita and staff were very helpful, for instance we got our clothes washed for a small extra payment. Only minus was that we didn't have time for relaxation and pool becaus of all the tours we had booked ;-)
