穆爾斯貝斯特韋斯特酒店(Best Western Moores Central Hotel)

Je recommande vivement cet établissement, deco british, central, près des pubs, des magasins, qui ferment a 17h, d un arrêt de bus, de l office du tourisme , 10 mm pied de la gare maritime . . .Chambre assez spacieuse, 2 fenêtres dont une coté port, plateau courtoisie, belle salle de bain baignoire, produits toilette, fenêtre. Ascenseur, Personnel a l écoute, serviable. Tout pour un bon séjour.

Great location, rooms was very large, very claen, however having problems with A/C not working, and reported to staff and has not been repaired, room at front of hotel, very noisy as right opposite night clubs, no sleep until pubs closed at 2pm. also use own transfers as hotel transfer was £25 from airport to hotel a normal £10 trip or £1.20 on the bus drop off is right outside just across the street

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel très bien situé dans la rue principale commerciale de St-Peter Port, une ville vraiment charmante. Toute l'équipe était très accueillante et serviable et souriante. Nous sommes restés 4 nuits et reviendrons sûrement lors d'un prochain voyage à Guernesey.

Hôtel bien situé dans le port Saint-Pierre de Guernesey, très propre et entretenu. Mais chambre un peu vieillissante en look, une température des chambres la nuit beaucoup trop chaude pour dormir même avec la fenêtre ouverte pour aérer toute la journée (et même la nuit !) alors qu'à l'extérieur les température était plutôt fraiche pour un mois de Juillet. Une luminosité trop importante aussi dès le levé du soleil (tôt en été) pour pouvoir dormir convenablement. (propre au habitude anglo-saxonne où les volets sont peu utilisés). Et trop de bruit extérieur (renforcé par l'obligation d'ouvrir les fenêtre pour ne pas mourir de chaud) Donc 3 nuits peu reposantes et peu réparatrices. Mention particulière (positive) à l'équipe pour la qualité de son service, son amabilité et sa disponibilité pour la résolution de nos problèmes (même s'il leur était impossible de tout résoudre)

We had a very happy stay in a truly wonderful Hotel. The atmosphere is very friendly with delightful staff. The Conservatory Restaurant is lovely and the food absolutely excellent. We look forward to staying there again and are pleased to recommend it.

Très bon séjour. Personnel très attentionné. L'emplacement à St Peter permet de rayonner dans toute l'île avec les bus ou d'aller à Herm et Sark très facilement. Petit déjeuner excellent, copieux et varié. Literie de grande dimension et de qualité.

I've stayed in the hotel on many occasions over the past 6 years and have always found my experience to be first class. Unfortunately on this occasion water had come through the ceiling from the room above and had caused some of the ceiling tiles to fall down at 3am which caused me great stress and I couldn't get back to sleep. I informed the receptionist first thing the following morning and she was very apologetic. I appreciate this is a very rare occurrence and the hotel weren't at fault. but its a shame they still charged me full price for the night especially as I had stayed the previous night too. It won't stop me staying in the hotel again but I was very disappointed with the poor customer service.

All was good but very limited toiletries, nowhere to place tooth brush etc, and a little dated in the room. Shame it has no parking or agreement with a third party for parking.

Gut gelegenes Hotel in der Nähe der Fährstation und den Annehmlichkeiten der Stadt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet.
