There is no parking at the hotel but you can pull up in front to drop off bags. There are a number of public parking areas couple of mins walk away but they fill up quickly with tourists. We managed to park in a large packing area P2 downhill walk to the hotel and was only €8 for about 18 hours parking The entrance to the hotel is to the right side of the restaurant, you enter a tiny lobby with a wall of tiny safes with key codes, you name will be on a sticker on the safe and you are to enter the code that the hotel provides via an email when you book. We booked through *********** and the code was the last 4 digits of our booking reference. The only thing was that there was a B to enter, but there was no B on the key code. There is a sticker that tells you to use A in place of a B (it makes more sense when you see it). Inside the safe you get your room key which also opens the main door and a registration sheet and pen. Ignore the number of the key safe, this is not your room number, check the number of the room key keyring. We had room 11 which is actually on the landing of the first floor, the room number is so small that we missed seeing it at first. It was a large room with a corner balcony overlooking the main square. The room had a double bed which was comfortable, flatscreen TV (we didn’t turn it on so don’t know if there are any English channels) small working table & 2 chairs as well as a table & chair on the balcony. There was only one pillow per person and the pillows were really soft, so we had to fold them over to try to make them a little more firm to sleep on. There is no fridge and no tea & coffee making facilities (like most Austrian hotels). There is also no extra sockets to charge anything. There are 2 under the bedside tables but they are for the bedside lights and then there is one other one that the TV is plugged into, so we had to unplug things to charge out electronics. There is wifi in the hotel but we found it really poor and our devices barely connected There was no fan or air con in the room so we tried to keep the windows open to get some air into the room but then you can hear the noise from the street. Also the hotel is right beside the church with the church bells going off every 15 mins and then on the hour and then randomly going off for 2 mins at a random hour regularly. I’ve been in other towns where the church bells stop between 10pm and 5am – not here, they go on right through the night – so we were super glad we were only spending one night as we did not sleep well at all The bathroom in the room was strange, it was a self contained unit that looks as it it was just set in the room. It was small with no room to put any toiletries and was not a nice bathroom Reception is only open until 10 each morning and this is the same for breakfast. Breakfast is small but nice. The isn’t a lot of seats and if it was busy you may have to share tables, there is an option to sit out on the balcony but these seats go f
