The room was clean, its just there is no breakfast included, it might be better if there is breakfast.

Service was ok. Requested a wine opener from the front desk. Was told to get one from the bistro. Went to the bistro was told I had to go back to my room on the 4th floor and bring the bottle of wine down so they would open it. Could not give me a wine opener to use during my stay. Big market for stolen wine openers I guess. Other than that shower head covered in mold. No other issues. Definitely a three star hotel with no aspiration of moving to the next level.

Very short stay so didn’t use amenities but comfortable and great beach access

Lovely spot, and I stay in courtyard a lot, so I felt right at home. Fancy showers too.

Jodie checked us in and she was amazing and efficient. She explained the area to us. Throughout our stay we ran into her at the Starbucks in hotel, she always has a smile and a sweet hello.

Really liked the hotel. Check in was easy. Room was clean and quiet. Liked the local decor touches. However, we won’t be returning. My husband got up at 6 am to get a cup of coffee. He didn’t want to use the single cup maker in the room because he doesn’t like to use powdered cream and he didn’t want to wake me up. There is no coffee service in the lobby and they don’t start serving breakfast until 7. He went down again at 6:50 and she would not serve him. This is just wrong.

I enjoyed the stay but I was very disappointed that there was no free coffee available with the exception of what was in the room. Disappointed no available breakfast on site let alone free breakfast I get at other hotels
