Rooms was big and spacious. Updated bathroom with standing shower. Clean and comfy. Location is great right outside (literally across) of the Niagara outlet collection. Parking on site is available for a fee of 15 CAD (2023)

There are tennis courts, a gym, hot tub, pool, spa, restaurant/bar and cafe on site. Great family hotel, or hotel for a night away with your spouse or girlfriends. You can walk across the street to an outdoor shopping center and close drive to Niagra on the Lake downtown.

Always love our stays at White Oaks Resort and Spa! That's why we keep going back. It is clean, very comfortable, has 2 great restaurants plus a Starbucks within the facility. It has a spa, pool, tennis courts, and a sports complex. Right across the road is the White Oaks Outlet.

The White Oaks Resort was a fine example of what a hotel should offer. Our 2 night stay in a suite was fabulous. All amenities were provided right up to the complimentary robes and slippers. Staff was very professional and helpful. Both restaurants provided extra touches that made dining most enjoyable. Would definitely recommend it. Some might think it’s expensive but it’s definitely worth it.

Thank you for a lovely weekend. First impression really count and from the moment we arrived at White Oaks, we felt valued and appreciated. Your customer service skills are wonderful. For us, we are not always treated as the queens we know we are, however your staff (gentlemen and front desk staff) did just that. Thank you and see you again White Oaks!

Great getaway stay with my wife. Alexa from the front desk made our stay even more comfortable. She went above and beyond by leaving us chocolate covered strawberries in our room. We had told her that we were new parents and as a Chris**as gift to each other we decided on having a childless night away. She left us a thoughtful card along with our strawberries. Excellent stay with great staff service

The resort is amazing. We used it as a nice overnight getaway to relax. One challenge was that our room overlooked the parking lot and so there was a lot more light in our room than we normally have. We would have liked black-out curtains.
