鷹河戴斯酒店(Days Inn by Wyndham Eagle River)

Staff was great very accommodating for my crew and myself. Plug ins in the back parking lot for ambulance and block heaters. Breakfast was good, pool hot tub open 24hrs. Made sure we always had what we needed. We stay there every time we go up.

This place is just okay. I don’t think it’s worth the price we paid ($197 for a one night two queen bed room). The room was mostly clean but the walls could use some attention as there were scuff marks and dirt on them. Bed was comfortable, it was okay for just a one night stay but I don’t think I would return again. The pool and hot tub were decent.

When we checked in, they tried to put us in another room because we said we had animals. After checking out the new room, saw that it was much worse than the one we had booked. They put us back in the room we booked, which was much nicer, but still many things were broken or not “nice” Sink would not turn off all the way, wash cloth hanger in shower was covered in band-aid caulk and broken, outlet and light switches were yellowed…etc. There were also no available outlets next to the bed, so couldn’t plug anything in to charge. The beds and towels were not changed in the 4 days we spent there. The staff were very friendly, but we will not be staying there again.

The staff did not say hello. They just looked at us till I started talking. It was kind of awkward. Lots of people in the lobby just hanging out. The lady told us the pool hours kids till 10 and adults 24 hours. She didn’t seem to be a big fan of kids. She had a guy next to her that literally just sat there slouching in his office staring in another direction. She also told us the breakfast hours which was all good. She also told us the best way to get to our room. The was very helpful. Also there was a man outside the main entrance in his shorts with no shirt or shoes on smoking. I said hello but he just looked at us. It is winter and it was dark and cold out 32 degrees. Kids and I both thought that was super weird. The whole lobby smelled like smoke I am assuming because he was so close to the doors smoking.

We needed a room last minute so it was an easy place to stay. Big mistake. It was the dirtiest hotel I've ever been in. The floors hadn't been mopped in months. There were dead bugs smashed on the walls. Duct tape holding the curtains together. I waited until I came home from the weekend to shower because I was probably cleaner than I would have been taking a shower in their rusty/moldy shower. And forget about security because the doors with key card only access are left unlocked throughout the building all night. The parking lot is insane because the lines are so light that you can't see them at night, so everyone is parked everywhere. Just demolish this place and rebuild it.

Breakfast was great. And all things were clean. Had a great stay!

I hadn’t planned on staying here but ended up checking in at 1am due to some travel problems. The lady at the desk was ok. I had a room with two queen beds. It’s was clean and small but fine. There was a pool that we didn’t use. The breakfast wasn’t great and they ran out a lot. So one of ate at like 8am. One at 830. And 3 others at 915. It was fine for a stay. Nothing special. Nothing bad.

Hotel was clean. A bit outdated but very clean.

This hotel needs a little maintenance but otherwise this is a wonderful spot! The pool is heated and great for swimming. The rooms are comfortable and have amenities like a mini fridge. The staff is incredibly helpful. We’re on a road trip and our 5 year old keeps asking if we can go back here!!
