Smaragdine Beach Hotel

Хочу поделится это самое ужасное место где я был , очень грубо обращаются, злые люди, не советую это место , уважения к туристов нет, очень жаль по мое знакомство на Крите именно было таким , по этому это место в чёрный список

Good place for a couple of days or a week. Decent accomodation. If you choose breakfast you get a decent meal în the morning. The owner of the hotel is nice and can give you advices. However there is room for improvement which would definitely help. Things to improve: insect net in room window against mosquitos and better internet infrastructure.

During my stay there I liked that all the basic needs were covered and it still was great. The hotel was very near the beach, you had to walk like 20-30m and you were there! :)) The owner was very friendly and offered great advice about where to eat or where to buy things if necessary. The only things that I did not like were the fact the the hotel or at least the room we stayed did not have a mosquito protection of some kind, well it would've been great if it had at least an insect net and also the wifi was kinda crappy, the speed was slow, but this was not it, the thing that bugged me a lot was the fact that I had to sign in the network each time I wanted to search something. Despite these 2 things all was good!

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. The location is perfect, everything is within walking distance. Sea view is amazing. The rooms are basic but are equipped with everything you need. The best part about this hotel is George, the hotel manager. He was so friendly to us, I had a few health issues abroad & he kindly escorted me to the doctors on multiple occasions. Another example would be that he has given us fruit that has been freshly picked most mornings. He has really helped us & for that we are truly grateful. If you want to go to a hotel where you are looked after, definitely visit this hotel.

Es was einfach katastrophal!! Wir waren dort 9 Nächte und es wurde nur 1 mal Bettwäschen gewechselt!!?? Das Hotel war nicht sauber Unser zimmer wurde nur aufgeräumt aber nicht gewischt oder gesaugt!? Der Besitzer war sehr dringlich!! Er kam einpaar mal in unser zimmer wo wir noch am schlafen waren! Einmal waren wir früh am morgen zum Strand gegangen da mein Freund sein Handy im Zimmer vergessen hatte musste er zurück gehen nach 15 min wo er zurück am strand war sagte mein Freund das der Besitzer einfach in unserem Zimmer war?? Ohne Grund! Also er ging vielleicht noch öfters in unser Zimmer wo wir nicht da waren?!? Ich fragte mich warum nur? Was hat er in unserem Zimmer zu tun wo wir nicht da sind? Frühstück war langweilig da wir nur ein gekochtes ei und ein stück Brot bekamen ein paar Scheiben Käse und Oliven… Kaffee und vllt noch ein kleines glas Saft. Wir dachten uns wir können auf der Terrasse frühstücken da es nicht so warm war doch der Besitzer sagte uns wir dürfen nicht auf der Terrasse frühstücken das er es aufräumen muss!!! Wir frühstückten nur 2 mal da uns jedes Mal schlecht ging nach dem was wir da bekommen haben! Danach wurde ich aufmerksam das wir einen tag und eine Nacht zu viel gebucht haben habe es sofort dem Mieter gesagt doch er sagte mir das wir es schon bezahlt haben und ich mein geld nicht zurück bekommen werde!! Ich habe natürlich sofort *********** angerufen und gesagt das sie einen tag und eine Nacht stornieren sollen und einen e mail dem Besitzer schicken sollen was sie auch gemacht haben doch der Besitzer hat eiskalt *********** eine Antwort wie ich akzeptiere es nicht und das geld bekommen sie nicht zurück geschrieben hat!! Da ich selber in einem Hotel arbeite als Receptionist wusste ich das ich ein recht auf das habe! Er sagte auch ohne sich zu schämen das ich reich Aussehen würde und ich diese 70/80€ nicht bräuchte! Am ende gab er mir mein geld und hatte uns angeschrien ohne Grund! Es war katastrophal! Nie mehr wieder! Ich sage es allen die hier einen Urlaub Buchen wollen! Macht es auf keinen fall in diesem hotel es gibt schönere Hotels in Stalida billiger und sauberer!
