다만, 트립닷컴에서 이용자 인원. 나이 다 입력하고 그 기준으로 사이트에서 사전결제를 했고, 호텔 도착후 추가 결제에 대한 어떤 안내도 받지 않았는데, 호텔 체크인시 사장님께서 이렇게 말씀 하시더군요 “원래 결제된 가격에는 2명 만 해당하는 금액이고, 추가 인당 15,000원을 현장에서 더 내야 한다. 다 그렇게 사이트에 고지했다” 그래서 제가 사이트 예약 내역과 상세 보여 드렸더니, 아고라는 고지가 되어.있는데 여기는 안 되어 있네 라면서 만원만 결재 하라고 해서 했습니다.
사실 돈 만원이 아까워서가 아니라 그럴 리야 없겠지만 뭔가 속고 있다는 느낌이 들고, 첫인상 부터 안 좋았습니다.
정말 위의 내용이 사실.이라면 트립닷컴에 연락하시어 업소 설명 사항이 오해가 안 생기게 반영하도록 하셨으면 합니다
訪訪客I gave 1 extra star because the man at the desk kept my bag safe when it needed to be. So he did the job well. Otherwise, zero stars will be given for the service of the old lady at the desk. She was unfriendly and insulting!!! First, she doesn't speak English, so she should use a translator to communicate with the customers. Instead, she started talking in an unfriendly way in Korean when she knew I couldn’t speak Korean.
Second, because I don't understand and she doesn't understand me, I have to ask my Korean friend to talk with her. She is still not friendly. And not try to understand for me, because I don't know what my friend and her were talking about. So she showed me that she got annoyed with my misunderstanding of her.
Third, and the most horrible of all. She was very rude the next day. I came to her desk, because I needed something. I have just shown my face and wanna say hi, with a friendly look at her. But she started to behave rudely right away before I could say hi. By saying something loudly in Korea and weirdly using both hands and looking angry. So I felt very uninvited to ask something. So I go away from her. Back to my room. I found my stuff (toothbrush and other things of mine) that I forgot in the other room. That I forgot to take with me, on the floor!!!!!! The worst there is a desk for face washing next to the door. So she could put it in there. It's so onhygien with my toothbrush without a cover put on the floor. I have never gotten that horrible service before. Even when I go the a very cheap hostel!
I was in a good mood to discover this city. And these are bad memories I got from her. She has just ruined my good mood for the holiday there. My friends suggested that I go to this Motel. Now my friends know how stupid this service I got from this lady. They won't come anymore in the future!
If the old lady doesn’t like foreigners then she shouldn't work there. So it won’t ruin someone's holiday. I hope the manager of their company does something with the service that the lady gave to the customer. I don’t complain usually. But this is unacceptable! I am planning to go regularly to Daegu because my friend lives there. This motel is in a perfect location for me. But now I would rather go to a hotel that is far away than this Motel. So you have just lost 1 regular customer because of this stupid service. I am still angry if I think about this service with my toothbrush on the floor.
