我一直很喜歡入住這家酒店，主要是因為它地理位置優越，靠近港口——對於追求便利的旅客來說堪稱完美。自助早餐一如既往地令人滿意，種類豐富，是開啟美好一天的理想之選。 雖然我的整體體驗很棒，但我注意到這次入住期間房間裡沒有提供瓶裝水，這略微有些不便。即便如此，酒店的優勢（例如優越的地理位置和豐富的餐飲選擇）仍然使它成為我的首選。 我強烈推薦這家酒店給任何需要便捷前往港口的旅客，而且我相信，如果我提出諸如瓶裝水之類的小問題，酒店團隊會及時解決。無論是商務旅遊還是休閒度假，這都是一個可靠的選擇！

Well possibly saw cockroaches and a rat at their lobby. Now this is the ecotel side not the main lfisher. You want to save money in suggest spending a little more for a cleaner room and ac that works, possibly the closed off restaurants in the lobby are the cause for the roaches and rats we saw. Couldn't even stay one night, rebooked at another hotel and took my losses here.

The place was good. However, accomodation wise, it was stressful. The owner of the unit did not provide us the room number so the front desk personnel had to scour all sources to find the right unit. It was not organized properly and owner did not communicate prior to our arrival. We had to get the keys from a locked mailbox. So imagine the hassle and difficulty of reaching out those keys and keycard which were not inside the pouch. It was stressful. The first thing that greeted us upon entering the unit is a broken mirror on the table, incorrect wifi password and complicated door locks. We had to ask the receptionists downstairs for the owner's contact number so that we can have a wifi access. Lastly, we hate it that the pool is only open from 6am-9pm. I mean, can't you make it accessible until 11pm at least for some guests prefer to swim late in the night. Overall, it was an okay experience. Will come back but will not rent tge same unit because the owner is irresponsible and inconsiderate. We wanted to de stress but checking in was not smooth sailing given the fact that it was expensive but paid beforehand. P.S. Please tell the owner to be give extra care to the guests and not be a burden.

酒店非常非常乾淨,我在3樓,沒有冰箱,在房間裏,或者在等候區外面的冷熱水,爲了你得到飲酒期但總體來說地方非常非常好 而且非常安全

房間不錯,不過我注意到LOBBY區域有明顯的氣味,老鼠不停地跑來跑去,沙發聞起來很糟糕。我不太清楚爲什麼前台接待員聞不到那氣味...,希望他們能對氣味做些什麼....

Het hotel is fantastisch met ruime kamers. Ontbijtservice is goed, alleen merk je geregeld dat het personeel niet goed oplet en weet te presteren vergissingen te maken na zelfs de bestelling terug te koppelen. Bijzonder knap. Op Joe en Axel na, dit zijn werkelijk toppers, keurig heren mijn complimenten!! Je kan heerlijk zitten bij het zwembad met een fitnessruimte eraan vastgesloten. De kaart is uitgebreid, echter is lang niet alles voorradig of heeft het personeel geen idee van wat ze ermee doen moeten. Flessen wijn serveren is schijnbaar een enorme kunst hier. Maar ach, toe maar dan…verder een sublieme plek. Aan te raden. Bovendien, je bent van alle gemakken voorzien in de nabije omgeving. 7/11 en allerlei andere winkels op loopafstand. Wil je een bromfiets huren, dan zal je een eind moeten wandelen of een tricycle moeten regelen, is zomaar gefixt. Je bent ook erg dichtbij een groot winkelcentrum en de haven naar andere bestemmingen. Top!! 9/10 mijn inziens.

總體來說,地方不錯,提供了舒適的住宿。位置方便,氛圍宜人,設施總體滿意。主人或工作人員也隨和,使整體體驗積極。然而,這個地方的清潔度可以提高。有些區域似乎沒有徹底打掃乾淨,在客人到達之前有一些細節需要更多的關注。更乾淨的房間和更好的整體維護將使住宿更加舒適和愉快。儘管如此,這個地方仍然有很好的潛力,我相信,通過更一致和徹底的清潔,體驗會更好。
