酒店房間蠻新的，但是前台的服務員態度很不好，我們入住的時候其他酒店都有優質的笑臉相迎，這家根本是冷若冰霜，而且我們的合理要求也被拒絕，有可能是國慶節生意太好了，在城中吃到了最好吃的中國餐川菜很正宗

My husband, 2 sons and I stayed at the Inn at Northrup Station recently while in Portland visiting our daughter. The location worked out very well for us and everyone enjoyed the breakfast. The first night, our bathroom door squeaked when we got up in the middle of the night to use the facilities waking others in the room. I talked to the front desk in the morning and they came in and gave it some oil which worked perfectly to silence it during the night. Very much appreciated! The beds seemed smaller than normal queen sized beds but we had no way of verifying that. Luckily there was a pull out sofa in our room so one of our sons slept on that after the first night. The bed did seem smaller than our queen at home to my husband and me as well.

房間很寬敞，酒店位置也不錯。在美國酒店房價漲得毫無人性的當下，性價比不錯了。但酒店服務，泛善可陳。到得比較晚，給了一間最靠邊，遠離電梯的房間，我一人三個行李箱啊，衹能分段輪流拉進房間。離開時，問酒店借了輛行李車，自己推，好多了。沒有行李員幫忙。大堂小哥衹負責velet parking,一天48刀。早餐還可以。停車晚7：00-早8：00路邊免費。Portland原來是花園城市，疫情後市中心區被homeless 和***全面佔領，一塌糊塗。去年開始的綜合治理到現在 據當年居民説，已經改觀很多。但還是見到不少伴隨着**味兒的hoemless。

每次來波特蘭都住這個酒店，酒店機場有shuttle bus，酒店前台也非常熱情。 酒店內有個餐廳，個人覺得口味還算不錯，而且餐廳外面還有個湖吧，傍晚時候吃飯看着湖景別有一番風味

I think this hotel should consider to change their Stars on the online platform. Hyaat name is also confusing, it doesn’t represent Hyaat quality although. Breakfast has very limited food! Windows are not possible to open to get fresh air, due to security they say, but even a little bit opening possibility would give a lot confidence peope like me who desperately need it for the health reason!

Hi hi! It was a cute hotel and in nice area. You can walk to a bookstore and easy to go to get foods and walk around. Two things that we would say that the hotel can make it better is first, the smell of some cleaning chemicals they use in the room is so strong and smell even stuck on our clothes. And the curtains can seen mold on them when we rolled them up to the top. Overall, the staff are kind and very helpful.
