皮諾自然酒店，貝斯特韋斯特至尊精選(Pino Nature Hotel, BW Premier Collection)

10-15.04.2024 tarihleri arasında Pino Nature Hotelde konaklama tercihinde bu*****ak büyük bir yanlış yapmış olduk. Ne yazıkki otel 4 yıldızlı olsa da gece odada oluşacak herhangi bir soruna müdahale edebilecek çalışan bulundurmaktan kaçınmışlar. Sanırım otel gece nöbetçi çalışan bulunduracak kadar gelir elde edemiyor, otel kar elde edemiyorda otele yıldız veren kuruluşlarda mı denetlemiyor enteresan açıkçası. Gündüz otelden ayrılmadan oda temizliği talep etmiş olmamıza rağmen akşam otele döndüğümüzde odanın temizlenmediğini gördük ve bu durumu resepsiyondaki çalışana anlattık. Bize kapı üzerine takılan kartın dönebildiğini bu sebeple temizlenmediğini ve gecede yardımcı olamayacaklarını ifade etti. Bu oteli tercih etmemizin sebebi temiz ve hizmet alacağımıza inandığımız içindi ancak temizlenmemiş bir odada konaklamak zorunda bırakıldık. Kötü olan yardımcı da olmamalarıdır. Hizmetinden hiç memnun kalmadığımı ifade etmek istiyorum.

I booked a superior room and it’s should be with AC. 17/3/2022 There no AC in this room category. Trying to reach out to the receptionist, the security guard answered the phone and told us all staff went home… I don’t know I don’t know!!! Then I called them back, security said that the receptionist told him to tell us that (open the window and the room will be cool) Where is the management!! I paid for this and whey you’re cheating us!! Waiting for your swift response Regards

Das Hotel hat uns wirklich von der ersten, bis zur letzten Sekunde überzeugt. Vom tollen Personal bis hin zum Essen, und der Ausstattung hat einfach alles gepasst. Leider haben wir hier nur 1 Nacht verbracht!!! Wir hätten das Hotel sehr gerne länger genossen. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet, und dieser ländliche Hüttrnstil im gesamten Hotel, lässt einen von Anfang an enstpannen. Das gesamte Personal war zu jederzeit erreichbar und suoer freundlich. Abends haben wir auch die Möglichkeit genutzt Billard und Tischtennis zu spielen. Auch vom Frühstück waren wir begeistert. Es war zwar keine super riesige Auswahl, aber dennoch ausreichend und sehr lecker. Vorsicht nur beim rauffahren zum Hotel. Die Straßen sind nicht sehr optimal, wrnn man keinen Geländewagen fährt. Hier sollte man die Straße wirklich vorsichtig befahren. Sonst war alles wunderbar. Danke nochmals an das gesamte Personal für den angenehmen Aufenthalt!!! :-)

Pros: Beautifully set hotel, courteous staff. Alma in particular was very helpful and lovely. Wellness centre was good - great pool, decent sauna, was quite empty when I went as well which was a huge pro! Breakfast was excellent. Food for lunch/dinner was also pretty good but not amazing. My wife had a massage there which she very much enjoyed - private and appropriate for a hijab adhering woman. Cons: Unfortunately, the bedding was not great. The pillows were extremely high and the duvet a bit too short for the bed which was annoying. The music in the restuarant was quite irritating, often far too loud to enjoy the beautiful sounds of nature - birds tweeting, stream running etc... I would encourage the team to at least reduce the volume of the music, and perhaps opt for something more transquil (Not electric/hip hop music!) Location wise, it is a little far from the city centre so you'll spend a lot of money on taxis. However, this is also a pro because it is quite a serene setting.

Hotel Pino Nature is great for relaxing and beautiful.Staff is amazing and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.If you came in Sarajevo please visit this hotel and enjoy in best food friendly people and beautiful surroundings.

Place around is beautiful in the forest. Hotel new. So clean rooms. But road to the hotel is difficult, even Google maps can’t find. We were going around Sarajevo like 1 hour to find it. Hotel should worn! After spa didn’t work full, swimming pool isn’t clean, water is so worn and any of 2 saunas didn’t work. In the room no cattle no bathrobe. My advise don’t pay this money only for great view and bed 😅😂 breakfast we hadn’t also coz of hotel… don’t stay there

were on teambuilding with our company from Croatia. Totally different hotel with perfect design and location in the nature. we also went for a ride on alpine coaster close by what was very interesting.

We loved the quiet of the property. The walk to the cable car is steep, but worth it once, but it's better to drive into Sarajevo and park. The breakfast was wonderful with great staff at every turn.
