Las habitaciones sucias y con cucarachas, aúnque el manager nos cambió de habitación

The exterior appearance seems that it needs a face lift. The interior of our room (115) needed updating/repairs. There is evidence of water leaking in the ceiling and mold growth over the entrance door.

The front door was located behold a boarded up bar and the front desk attended did not seem like he wanted to be there. When I reminded him I had booked a handicap room, he informed me that they only had one and someone was living in that room so noone could rent it. He then gave me a room on the first floor at least. When I entered the room and turned on the lights, no less than 6 roaches ran across the floor and bed. We left immediately and I demanded a full refund. The clerk said it was a common issue. We were forced to pay double to find another room on such short notice.

Read some really bad reviews after I booked here but was really surprised, the hotel is a little tired but clean and comfortable, had no issues at all with the place.

This motel is excessively dirty & poorly managed. There was trash all over the grounds, the "restaurant" was a dark room that clearly hasn't been used for some time. The building itself is so run down I can't understand why is hasn't been forced to close. Spend a few more dollars and find a place that at least has all of the lights working.

The building seemed very old and there was a giant gap at the bottom of my door. There was also a weird smell throat out the place.

AC was not working properly, remote to TVs inoperable and toilet flushing issues. Brought up AC situation to Staff and nothing addressed.

What I liked was a memory of twenty years ago when it looked like the picture you show on line.
