The floor in my room was sticky. There was a dirty towel hanging on the shower rod. And beer bottle tops on the nightstand. This was at check in. Just as I walked in. It is a quiet place. We didn’t feel unsafe at all. No issues driving to and from where we needed to go. And the front desk staff was very nice.

A disaster from start to finish. We paid $420 for 3 nights and saw a roach in the room EVERY night we were there. There’s a kitchen area but based on how dusty and raggedy the room was I wouldn’t dare use it. Bathroom door was uneven and would barely close, chipped paint, old/damaged lamp, dusty corners, leaking refrigerator and the room had a weird smell. And there was a bag of potatoes in the kitchen cabinet so whoever does housekeeping isn’t very thorough. They keep plugins all throughout the building because it has the weirdest smell. Don’t let the word “suite” fool you, this is a overpriced roach motel! Stay anywhere but here if you’re in Statesboro.

I booked online, I arrived to the property and they had a cancellation time to check in at 6pm where there is no staff on the premises. I have to find a different hotel at a much higher rate due to the fact it was not disclosed when I booked

Only bad thing I can say is that there were no snack vending machines or ice machines. The room was clean, the bed and pillows were comfy.

The place was quiet, but what I absolutely hated was all the bugs inside the room!!!! As soon as we walked in and turned on the lights, we spotted a small bug running across the microwave, then three more crawling on the walls in the kitchen area! Luckily no bugs in the bathroom or the bedroom area; however, we slept with all the lights on to keep the bugs hiding. There were only two towels (very thin) and four of us. The office was only open 8am-9pm, so no one was available until the morning. I went down at 8:45am for more towels and there was still no one working at the office. No shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom - just one very small soap on the sink. One half-used roll of toilet paper with no spare. The toilet lid was dirty and there were crumbs on the floor.

The place was filthy. Garbage cans overflowing by the front desk. No towels or wash cloths in the bathroom. I had to fetch towels myself, they weren’t brought to me. Floor was absolutely filthy. Roaches and insects crawling out from the bathroom vanity. Customer service was nice but lazy.

This hotel is convenient to where we wanted to be but was mediocre in cleanliness and appearance. The room had an unpleasant smell to it as well.

For the overall price the experience was good. They do not have hair dryers in the room. Not sure if you could ask for one. You have to check in by 9. No front desk attendants after 9. No frills. Best bed and A/C ever in a hotel.

I know you cannot do anything about this, but the walls seem thin when it comes to hearing conversations/telephone ringing in the room next door.
