Great hotel, friendly staff, warm environment. Very clean swimming pool and hot tub. Room was very c. lean and smelled with freshly washed linen that made me feel like at home.. New furniture. Freat location, just minutes from I-94994. Nice breakfast

We were arrived at 10pm. The receptionist told me that something was wrong with my reservation so I needed to call ******* to solve the issue. Even though I had my reservation confirmed by *******. It took almost an hour with 3 ******* customer service representatives and still hotel receptionist and ******* customer reps couldn't agree. So, I had to rebook myself and pay the room,again. Very unprofessional service both Hotel receptionist and ******* customer reps. I had to wait almost an hour in front of reception desk and talk on the phone and try to solve an issue that I had no part. Thanks for very unprofessional service by the hotel receptionist and the ******* customer service representatives. By the way ******* I need my money back. Since I couldn't get checked in. Thank you.

Rara was super helpful. Unfortunately ******* was absolutely terrible about canceling this reservation. All the hotel needed was a call from them but apparently ******* could not get through on the same line we talked to hotel staff on several times. Not sure why I use ******* anymore.

I needed a quick stay due to poor road conditions. Triple checked dates, but the confirmation had the wrong dates (others on ******* complained of the same thing with property). Went and tried to fix at the property (which had no cars in the lot, and lobby empty). They told me I had to contact *******. ******* told me they called hotel and got no response, and that none of the room type I needed (2beds) we're available. I went back and checked the web browser, the dates I was checking the hotel for were NOT the dates on the confirmation. I appealed through ******* who told me they could never contact the hotel...so I never stayed there, and got charged anyhow. This hotel does not appear to be in a super busy place, so inability to answer is not a credible answer.

The breakfast is poor at best, and the staff not so accommodating or friendly. We have been staying here for over 10 years snowmobiling during the season 1-3 times per year with great experiences, not sure what has happened recently?

Check in time is 3:00pm, we arrived at 3:20 to check in.. was told they were sorry but my room wasn’t ready yet.. it would be another 5-10 minutes. Went outside to wait with my family. 15 minutes later went to check on our room and spoke with the cleaning staff in the hallway, they hadn’t even started out room yet We were waiting to go to a wedding reception that started at 4:00pm. They finished our room at 4:15! We had family members that needed to change clothes before the event and really needed to be in our room at 3:00 We were late for the reception and not told honestly about your room not being ready for another hour Also very slim choices in the breakfast room And our room door lock was broken

Terrible rooms, wallpaper was coming off all over the bathroom but TONS of mold to be seen underneath, we tried addressing this with the hotel manager but were ignored
