Lovely new place. The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds very comfortable. Will definitely stay again. They are just acoss the street from the outlet mall. Only thing is there Is no restaurant and the coffee is Starbucks and NOT free.

Two nights of interrupted sleep from guest upstairs (child running and jumping) for hours both nights. I called the front desk and was told they would handle it; to no avail. Nothing was handled, so I paid for two nights of ‘disturbance of the peace’ because parents could not control their kid or simply elected to not practice common courtesy. More disappointing, the front desk did not follow up with me to inquire if the noise stopped or to offer a compatible room swap.

Duane provided the best customer service experience I’ve had dealing with Marriott.

Very nice hotel. Clean room and comfortable bedding. Great courteous and professional staff. Shopping and restaurants close by.

The room was excellent. The shower was amazing. It was conveniently located across from an outlet shopping center.

Clean, updated property. Friendly and courteous staff. Beautiful area, comfy beds, smart tv. Rachel was extremely professional, pleasant, and helpful and our stay was perfect!

We arrived there was kids running up and down halls and parents yelling down halls. We left for dinner and had plans when we returned it was 10:30pm at night or later not sure time it was late and I could hear loud music through walls. We called down to ask about Netflix which wouldn’t work and complain about music and no one answered. Next day at checkout I asked to add my points to my account she said can’t do that because I booked with *******. I tried use app for purchase said it was full so because I used ******* can’t have points? I still stayed at Marriott. I did this few weeks ago another Marriott she said yes and added it but I noticed it didn’t take so don’t book through anything if you want points but app apparently.

Big room, everything looks like new and clean. There is enough space for 5 sleepers and a lot helpful stuff ( 2 big TV, small refrigerator and coffeemaker and desk)
