Wrost of money and room are very cheap and staaf is very rude and room rent 3500 and pay checkout time 4500 dont visit in this hotel

the maintenance & the gents receptionist are very rude at us & they don’t even know how to interact with the customers 👎 it’s a bad experience for me to stay there in your hotel

The staff members were courteous and attentive, ensuring all our needs were promptly taken care of throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the delicious dining options available at the hotel's restaurant(ground floor, offering a variety of mouthwatering dishes to suit every palate. The hotel's convenient location also made it easy for us to access nearby attractions and amenities. While our overall experience was excellent, we felt that a few minor improvements could elevate the guest experience even further. With its charming atmosphere, attentive service, and comfortable accommodations, galgotia hotel gurugram is a great choice for families looking for a pleasant stay in the city.

Food is okay but amenities and services are poor. Water is dripping from ac in the room itself. Hotel staff even not gave the keys of room again and again they open by master key faces so many hurdles

The hotel was pathetic, the service so bad that if we call reception or room service for anything they come after an hour very slow service plus the washroom was not clean at all. No parking owned by hotel property plus the room has zero sound cancellation.

Mattress is bad condition

the hotel was approximately 30mins or less away from the airport. the room and bathroom was big and spacious. bed was comfortable and tea coffee was there with kettle. the only drawback was that during day time till early evening there isn't hot water for bath. the breakfast was simple with 3 cut fruits, 4 dishes for veg, corn flakes and choco flakes, bread, butter n jam with eggs made to order. the first day we came i had 4 cheese pizza which was mind blowing much better than domino's or pizza hut.

The food was excellent—fresh, tasty, and served with care. The entire hotel has a very calm, classy vibe, and the staff are courteous and efficient. If you’re looking for a stay that combines comfort, quality service, and real hospitality—Galgotias Hotel is the place. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
