I stay with my family at galgotia hotel gurugram. Our one-night stay at galgotia hotel gurugram was a delightful experience for my family and me. Food is okay but amenities and services are poor. Water is dripping from ac in the room itself. Hotel staff even not gave the keys of room again and again they open by master key faces so many hurdles

The hotel was pathetic, the service so bad that if we call reception or room service for anything they come after an hour very slow service plus the washroom was not clean at all. No parking owned by hotel property plus the room has zero sound cancellation.

The hotel is at good location, however the stay was very average as the rooms are maintained well, i have to change my room as toilet door was not closing. Breakfast menu was very limited and pillows of the room were not at all comfortable.

The rooms were comfortable & cozy. The staff was helpful. I would have given 5 stars but the some of the rooms do not open with the key they provide.

Rooms are clean overall is good breakfast is good dining area is good. I am recommended location is good.

Zero maintenance, pretty old property. They have not even given room card to open the room every time when i come out need to approach front office to open my door. Not recommended.
