科勒西奧酒店(Hotel Colessio)

There was no lager sat and Sunday, apart from that it was good.

Hotel was clean, very modern inside and staff helpful. Never had any food but the dining area looked very nice and good decor as did the bar area. The King room was fine for an adult couple on a short stay. Nothing spectacular but still clean and modern and I thought reasonable for the price. Would definitely stay again in future.

We got landed with a £30.60 bill for parking at the hotel no other option parking not that great we got the king deluxe room clean but grubby not the standard I would expect for a expensive hotel, staff were fab

Leider ist die Einrichtung schon etwas älter und einiges funktioniert nicht mehr. Die Betten waren sehr unbequem.

The waiting staff were lovely …. However your housekeeping are rude. Ignorant , incompetent, lazy, defiant . Brazen & clearly do not take orders from management as our room I paid £200 for was that bad I left after 1 st night and never got refunded as the bed was old dated springy lumpy hard mattress with a cheap £10 topper that didn’t make any difference the quilt was half the size of the bed and did not fit in duvet the pillows were like a bag of rocks … never slept the whole night the windows were filthy and full of cobwebs not to mention the carpet all worn away and never been hoovered , radiator in bathroom broken so freezing in there … this was supposed to be a king size deluxe room ?!?!? Are you kidding me I’ve stayed 5 star hotels all over this didn’t even rate a 2 the breakfast was cold when waitress brought it to us the coffee was freezing in the pot (12.50) !!!! Daylight robbery !!! There’s more but I’ve not got time or energy to go into all of this … so disappointed as the day we arrived I had just cremated my dad and came here to be pampered a little ?!? Boy did I get a shock I went home more depressed than I came !!! I spent £100 on coffees and lunch and tea and never even received a receipt when I left got told everything was paid …, this hotel should not be operational without staff being re trained (housekeeping- disgusting) they weretold after I spoke to manager to go in and clean the room and all they done absolutely nothing

We have a great time. The staff bent over backwards to assist us. They were so friendly and professional, nothing was too much for them. The food was outstanding at breakfast. We will definitely be back.

Stayed here a few times last year and it was great. Now they charge you £15.30 a day to park your car and the new buffer breakfast is terrible. Never anything there and when there is it’s poor quality and cold..also nothing continental except cereal.. I think it was £16 for the breakfast!

Only stayed one night but the hotel is very nice. Bar is great and the rooms are comfortable. Restaurant was closed due the season (January) but there are plenty of dining options in short walking distance.

This is the first time I had stayed at the Colessio and a very nice hotel. With the parked I was shocked that you have to pay extra for parking. For paying already a high price for the hotel that parking would have been part of the price.
