It was a good stay clean room nice front desk good area I love it

El servicio al cliente pésimo el elevador el piso en madera sin loza la habitación el televisor ni se pudo ver el remoto no servía en el baño salió una cucaracha la plancha no servía y la primera que me quedo en un sitio y uno están en la habitación entran a limpiar la habitación con uno ahí el mapo es una toalla con un palo en realidad no se lo recomiendo a nadie

El cuarto que nos dieron al segundo día, estaba muy limpia y organizada y olía delicioso. Era en el primer piso el #120.

This specific hotel would have been my first choice whenever I’m in that area until the last time I stayed there. The gentleman who check me in was very kind and generous. I appreciate his service. But There’s another man at the front desk during the daytime, I found his demeanor towards me very intentional and rude, his customer service was extremely poor. I don’t know if it’s a change of management because usually front desk staff are pleasant and welcoming.

Room: 2 queen sized bed, 1 of them lots of hairs on it! Bathroom: bath is rusty, look like somebody shifted on it! 2am somebody yelling Omg never again, never had like that bad experience in my life!

I enjoyed it until I kept seeing Baby roaches, now I know people come and they might have them with them but a few here or there…. That room needs to be sprayed before they have an issue… want be returning….just because of the bugs. Plus the heater kept making crazy sounds. An the pipes was scarring me every time they came on

Property needs an upgrade. Bathroom was dirty falling apart and full of roaches. Bed sheets and mattress were stained and dirty. Light fixtures and furniture falling apart.

Staff was rude. They tried to put me in a room with a broken bed, it was leaning on the floor. I booked to queen beds and ended up with 2 full at the same price. They had roaches. Overall bad experience

Dead Roach in room. Small bath towels. Lobby rest room out of service. Breakfast was OK. Beds were comfortable.
