The location is so strategic . The room is spacious but a liitle bit run down . Very basic amenities ..

Easy to get to from the motorway.. Don't worry about the signs saying parking charges,this is for non guests... As a guest Travelodge covers this for you. Very friendly,helpful and kind lady on reception, Sonya. She couldn't have been more helpful and kind. All the other staff I met were also friendly. . The room was clean and had a very fresh feel. Only steps away from a shopping center but quiet and orderly in the hotel itself. A great experience. Recommended.

Stayed here and because of changing work commitments had to change my booking on 3 occasions. Sonia, in reception, was absolutely amazing, what a star, so professional and yet friendly and so helpful. Sorted everything out for me with no fuss, and did so in a very pleasant manner. Sonia is a credit to the company, hard working but also so very approachable and extremely efficient. I was a pain but Sonia got it all calmed down, my parking, my needs regarding room cleaning and consistency in reassurance that my needs would be met. Please pass on my sincere thanks to Sonia.

Fantastic stay here. Wonderful staff especially on check out. Sonia and Charleen were very friendly and funny, they were laughing at each other as much as the conversation it was so nice to see staff getting on so well. My room was warm, smelt lovely and so so clean. The cleaners were really friendly always smiling and so polite. I have stayed her before but this time it has changed the progress over the last couple of months has been amazing. Well done for having such a fantastic hotel. Just a little tip if you can ask for a room in the upstairs or down stairs extention so quiet.

Had a recent Monday night stay here on route to Heathrow Airport at a very good price. We were so happy with our stop over we would have been glad to stay for longer. Sonia on reception was extremely efficient and got us checked in, the car registered for free parking and us briefed on locations to eat before we knew it. There was no noise from the M40 and a pretty good range of food options in the service area too. We had a very comfortable night's stay making for an easy drive onto the airport. This is one of the best Travelodge stays we've had for sure.

Stayed here for 1 night (fri-sat) on the 23rd Feb. Reception staff were helpful with car park check in, and the booking in process was very easy, knowledgeable and quick. Key information was given regarding health and safety (fire exits etc) The reception area was clean and tidy as was the the rest of the communal areas on the way to the room. Upon arrive to the room, the room was warm, welcoming and inviting. Plenty of clean towels, the bedding was clean and fresh and the bathroom had been cleaned to a very high standard. I had requested something prior to arrival to be put in the room which the hotel staff had no problem in doing. A massive shout out to 2 very helpful members of staff in the housekeeping department that I believe helped with the request. I believe their names were "steph" and "charlene". It's very clear the hotel is well looked after by staff and cleaned to a very high standard by the housekeeping staff. The reception is open 24 hours a day so you can go and come as you please. Check out was by 12 which is plenty of time to wake, shower etc before leaving. And whilst thinking about the shower......that is a very good shower system in the rooms. Hot, powerful and amazing water pressure!!! Always a win when visiting hotels. A very pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again in the future. Staff brilliant, rooms brilliant, location brilliant and very quiet considering that the M40 is so close and the services are next door. 10 stars all around!!!!

So many complaints . Bed lumpy Bed so close to the wall, even though there was about 10 feet next to it, I couldn't get out of bed. Carpet was filthy. Room was very cold. Bathroom floor was badly repaired and uneven. Bathroom was dirty and bath (under bath mat) was dirty. 2 plug sockets , 1 for kettle and 1 spare next to it ,none next to beds. Only good thing and the reason we booked it, we've had problems with travelodges in the past, was that it was £25. I would have been gutted if I had paid full price.

It was a shame it wasn't within walking distance to more amenities instead of using the services to eat as it was expensive. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast box was OK if you liked cornflakes and pain au chocolate. A voucher would be good to get a breakfast in the service area.
