View from the room is amazing. Hotel's lovely. Staff though: I'm travelling with a tour group, and the service difference between others and us are obvious & insensitive. 1 Front Desk Agent & 1 Supervisor/Manager attitude are terrible. They gave the "none of my business" attitude when 1 of our tour members room had been assigned a room with dirty toilet. No apology, no explanation, just said wait. 10 mintues later, still wait. Management, please talk to these ladies. The indifferent attitude is not tolerable. If your company is against groups, dont take group bookings in future.

The most beautiful view from room 214, watching the cruise boats sail by, sitting on the balcony listening to the birds, watching the sky..a pleasure! Such a relaxing week 🥰 Food is really good, staff are so friendly, restaurant runs so well by the manager and team, nothing too much, attentive, a pleasure to be served by Jalenna for our stay. One of the most beautiful places on earth Thankyou so much Hotel Admiral 🙏❤️

Thats the sh*t water in a shower ,and im here with 2 year old daughter and the menager didnt care about it, say to the recepcion we can meet tomorrow. I dont know how im gonna sleep tonight . But they dont care about it . But i wont stop untill everyone know what can hapend here .

Très bel hôtel, environnement splendide! Personnel serviable et plats faits maison. Il y a pas mal de chats errants à Slano, n’hésitez pas faire un petit tour le soir pour les nourrir (il y a une supérette en face de l’hôtel), vous pourrez, par la même occasion apprécier la vue et faire une marche digestive,

The hotel is wonderful, just on the beach. We have arranged halfboard and food is excellent. I would single out the friendly stuff and overall service. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable. A big plus are the swimming pools and the tennis courts.

We went to the Admiral grand hotel at the end of October. Which is the end of season so there weren’t many guests there.Hotel and the grounds are spotless food was lovely. On the last night they did us a la a carte meal as there was only 7 of us in the hotel. If you like a lively holiday this is not the place to go. As it is a very relaxing place. The drinks in the hotel were very expensive as they only had bottles of beer and no draught beer due to it being end of season they said. So we went out every night down to the marina where you got a lovely pint. And back ground music. The indoor pool and sauna/ steam room is lovely I had it to myself most days as there wasn’t many guests. The staff at reception were helpful but the bar staff/ restaurant staff were not very welcoming. The restaurant manager was very polite. We really enjoyed are stay at the hotel we went for some lovely walks and went to the top of the hill and rang the church bell. We went to ston for the day you get the bus just up the hill it’s a stunning place. We went to Dubrovnik for the day the bus stop is just outside of the hotel. It’s a beautiful place but don’t go the days the cruise ships come in as it’s really busy. Would we return to the Admiral grand hotel No but we will return to Croatia it’s a stunning place.

The hotel was lovely and clean, but the rules were too strict in terms of bringing snacks & drinks to consume in your room, the hotel food & drink was very expensive, there was a supermarket opposite where you could buy a large bottle of water for £1.15 where the hotel was charging £4 for a small bottle, most of the staff were friendly apart from the restaurant manager who never smiled and was quite rude about you filling your water bottle in the restaurant or taking your breakfast away to eat on the beach, the evening buffet was £60 per couple without drinks, so recommend either booking ahead for discounted rate or eating out, the rules around the pool were very strict too, felt like you following prison rules at times, otherwise Croatia is a beautiful Country to visit and the local people are very friendly.

Io italiano mia moglie russa esperienza negativa nessuna empatia problemi evidenziati rimasti tali tipo nessun canale TV in lingua italiana o russa sicuramente staccati di proposito nessun modo di comunicare nelle nostre lingue percepita quasi ostilità nei nostri confronti palestra non praticabile in quanto a cattivo odore bagno senza bidet e senza prodotti per la cura della persona piscina interna fredda spa da ridere senza nemmeno acqua tisane e frutta personale da caserma albergo nuovo bello ma non balla non certo da 5stelle non torneremo mai più.

Bel hôtel situé dans une charmante baie au calme. Il faut 2 h de voiture (pas d’agence de loc dans le village) pour aller à Dubrovnik/Mostar. Pour se baigner, il faut des chaussons comme souvent en Croatie (pas de sable; en vente dans les petits magasins autour). Quelques tavernes autour (surtout des pizzas), une marina, une petite épicerie et une pharmacie. L’hôtel est vendu par Kuoni et jet2 holidays en 5* mais c’est un 4 sup. Il manque des services pour atteindre les 5*: Personne pour nous aider à notre arrivée pour les valises. Pas une boisson d’accueil, pas d’eau offerte en chambre, pas de machine à café, ni de plateau de courtoisie. La chambre, très propre, est grande et le balcon petit (côté montagne, c’est au-dessus du parking). Côté salle de bains, quelques produits de toilette mais rien d’exceptionnel (pas de lotion corps ni après shampooing; rien en distributeur pour éviter les déchets de plastique). Bref bcp de détails qui montrent que le standing annoncé n’est pas là. Jolie plage avec transats, serviettes et belle piscine. Petit dej: buffet complet et bien géré. Dîner (pas de buffet au dej): Nourriture ok , rien d’exceptionnel mais beaucoup de choix et bien réapprovisionné. Je recommande la demi pension car on fait vite le tour des menus des tavernes autour qui proposent toutes la même chose. Service: pas très chaleureux; fait de son mieux quand l’hôtel est plein. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la serveuse qui fait tomber le bouchon de la bouteille d’eau par terre, le ramasse et le visse sur la bouteille! L’animation musicale au dîner est barbante. Quant aux clients, on s’attendrait à une tenue un peu moins relax malgré les consignes, le bermuda /tongs le soir, bof… et leurs mégots sur la plage!
