Really good service. Abdulaziz the manager provided first class service, and was extremely helpful and friendly and always checked on us at breakfast every day. The rooms are clean, the hotel is within stone town and close to a lot of the historical sites like the old palace, forodhani, darajani market and is a short boat ride to to prison island.

Great trip. Great hotel. Feisal was very kind to me and my group. And hery helpful great guy. He showed us things to do and Zanzibar and people that can help us do those things. Would highly recommend staying at tembo

Emplacement sympa près de la vieille ville. Chambres vieillottes mais propres dans l'annexe. Bruit lié aux travaux du chantier voisin. Dommage que l'établissement ne précise jamais dans sa présentation que l'alcool est interdit. - ça permettrai au touriste de choisir son hotel en connaissance de cause. - ça évite la surprise de le découvrir quand vous commandez votre bière à la terrasse.

Clean rooms and friendly. Nice food and nice view on swimming pool on The roof.comfortable bed. Great breakfast.staff helping 24 hours. Exchange and shop IT is very near.nice view From canteen. Testy food

Pour commencer l'hôtel est juste magnifique tout le personnel est attentionné, gentil et disponible à chaque instant Les équipements de l'hôtel ainsi que les chambres sont juste incroyable et la literie est très confortable L'hôtel est à 2 secondes de la mer, très bien placé pour faire du shopping à 5 min de Forodhani park... Mention très spéciale pour Fadhil, Mudrik et Ali grâce à qui nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable merci infiniment pour votre gentillesse, bonne humeur et conseils

Really nice and clean hotel, rooms are big and comfortable. The staff is really friendly, especially ali helped us well. Its in the center, everything is really nearby. Nice environment. I 100% recommend. Asante sana!

Good location in the center of Stowntown. but no lift, incase u have walking issues, and no liquor license of bar!

Very loud shouting outside hotel all night, 1 toilet not working, 1 sink not working, didn’t tell us wifi code on checking in, insisted on sending 2 porters despite objections by us so we had to pay more tips, didn’t tell us about closer pool, tv nothing on, hard to turn on…….shower doesn’t work well.

Wonderful hotel, with friendly and super helpful staff. Ali from the annexe helped us pick out the best places to eat at the Forodhani Food Market, and gave great tips around town. Will definitely be coming back if we’re ever lucky enough to make it back to Zanzibar!
