Nice hotel near the city center and all the Christmas markets. Very polite and helpful staff.

La posizione è ottima per visitare il centro storico di Strasburgo. La camera era molto pulita e ordinata, essendo nel sottotetto era forse un po’ scomoda per via dell’assenza dell’ascensore dal penultimo piano al nostro e dal bagno soppalcato all’interno della camera, aspetto che tuttavia rende molto caratteristica la camera stessa. Lo staff alla reception è stato molto gentile e disponibile, arrivati in camera ci hanno chiamato per chiedere se la stanza andava bene. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Mitten im alten Zentrum, alle interessanten Punkte zu Fuß zu erreichen. Nettes Hotel, Parkgarage 50 Meter vor der Tür oder 300 Meter weiter zum halben Preis. Schöne Restaurant, Bars und Kaffees in direkter Umgebung.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Loved that they have 24/7 desk attendants. Our train was several hours late se we didn't get in till around 2am, and they were helpful and kind even at that hour. Room service was pristine. Always very clean. The only complaint would be the WiFi, which would disconnect frequently and was slow when it was connected.

Very convenient hotel close to main attractions in Strasbourg, near main cathedral, room was very very small, not enough place for luggages, bed was comfortable, bathroom was the smallest i have ever been, smaller than a bathroom in a ship cruise cabin, very uncomfortable to take a shower, hit my head several times. Staff very helpfull and corteous

We had an incredible stay at Hotel Gutenberg. Every staff member was incredibly lovely. Our room was spacious and clean. The hotel is in a central location, very easy to walk everywhere and we felt very safe in the area. I couldn’t recommend this hotel any more!
