第十二夜旅館(Twelfth Night Guesthouse)

I love Stratford. It’s the place I go when I want to escape from the realities of life. The Twelfth Night has become my Stratford home and that is all down to Annie and James. They get to know their guests well, they take care of them. Coming to the Twelfth Night is like being adopted into a family, making Stratford all the better. Their breakfast is high quality and keeps you going for the full day. Their rooms are beautiful and have unique themes. And the detail! You’ll find beautiful little tea pots and pots to put sweets in, dotted around the room, everything finished to a pristine standard. You will also get the coziest night sleep, the beds ready to just pull you into the the world of dreams, where you might meet Puck along the way. I cannot rate the place higher. It’s one of my favourite places to be. I now come to Stratford as much to stay at The Twelfth Night as to go to the theatre. This is THE place to stay in Stratford.

Garden room is beautiful & the quality of the decor is outstanding. Lovely patio with table & chairs which we took advantage of over the bank holiday weather. Annie & James are excellent hosts & nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is again top quality produce & top quality service with Annie being front of house. The staff are genuinely friendly & polite & add to the making you feel special experience. We thank Annie,James & staff for opening their beautiful home & welcoming us as they did,this is a definite place to stay & is only mins from the town or train station. We did use their parking which was safe & secure.

Breakfast options exceeded our expectations for a B&B Our room had been totally refurbished and looked clean, fresh and welcoming. The free Wi-Fi in our room (1) was amazing offering a Response time (ping) =12 ms, Download speed = 69.6 Mbps, Upload speed = 24.6 Mbps. The front garden is attractive, a fountain, box hedging and an abundance of flowers. There are six parking spaces to the rear of the row of properties marked out for Twelfth Night guest house. We would gladly stay here again without hesitation.

We had a lovely stay in this exceptional bed and breakfast. Annie was a lovely host, and nothing was too much trouble. Brilliant breakfasts and everywhere was spotlessly clean. So convenient too for the theatre and town centre.

Annie was really friendly! Stayed in an attic room and it was beautiful, spotlessly clean, lovely decor and attention to detail was great! Breakfast was delicious! Ideal situation for sightseeing or the racecourse and good parking facilities.

I am submitting this on behalf of a friend with no online access . She had a 2 night stay recently and found the guest house very good value for money . Everything was very clean ; breakfast was well presented and plentiful , with an excellent choice and the gardens were really lovely . Location was perfect and the walk into town straightforward and less than 10 minutes. Many might appreciate a more streamlined, modern decor but attention to detail was exceptional . Extras such as robes and a sewing kit are rarely found in guesthouses and make a real difference to the stay . Annie and James are excellent hosts and a stay here is highly recommended.

This is the nicest, friendliest place we have stayed in. The room was very clean and comfortable. Great choice of food for breakfast, all freshly cooked. Easy walking distance to town centre and local attractions. Highly recommended

Everything about Twelfth Night clearly shows the dedication of the owners. The detail, cleanliness of the rooms and going out of their way to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. Firstly, great location, easy to walk to town, the river or Anne Hatheways house. The parking to the rear of the property was great, meant we parked and forgot until we departed. Secondly, the accommodation is super clean, the little touches in the room show the attention to detail. Tea and coffee, biscuits and treats greet you, excellent quality bedding etc. everything is clean, obviously something we look for and appreciate. Lastly, do not miss the breakfast. Beautiful china, fresh fruit, juices and cereals. The Full English set us up for the day and was so tasty. Highly recommend a stay at Twelth Night, we will definitely stay here again when we next visit Stratford-Upon-Avon. Thank you Annie and James.

The hosts were very nice and the room were very nice too. There's free parking and WiFi. The breakfast is delicious. You can have a Full English , however, I had the waffle with bacon and egg one day and the blueberry pancake, with egg and bacon the next-both came with maple syrup It's within walking distance to Anne Hathaway's cottage, William Shakespeare's birthplace, the RSC and town centre.
