普瑞米爾曼徹斯特老特拉福德酒店(Premier Inn Manchester Old Trafford)

No surprises, no delights. As expected so we booked a practical location, with parking ( didn’t realise overnight fee is £6 as often it’s free at Premier inn for overnight guests) and standard amenities. Bathroom shower curtains had some smell otherwise standard cleanliness. Breakfast a slight miss as most Premier Inn can do a better cooked English full breakfast. Given our purpose and location of hotel, we would stay again.

Went with Premier Inn Manchester Old Trafford because of it's proximity (walking distance) to O2 Victora Warehouse. I was attending a concert which would end late. Didn't want to be bothered having to get transport before and after concert late at night. Had the breakfast option at the hotel. I didn't have much expectation, but food quality was great. Very pleasantly surprised. Would recommend, if you're attending events close by or in Manchester, as it's also by the tram station.

Superbly close to Manchester United Old Trafford Stadium (literally walk across the road when it's game time!) Aimee on the desk / in the restaurant needs a specific shout out - management if you are reading this, she is an asset to you. Make sure you review her pay, secure her services for the future, and consider promoting! (Seriously - I stay in Premier Inn's up and down the country for work, as I'm a man of simple tastes! Your staff are generally fine, but Aimee is by far the most personable I've met in a long time. Even my partner commented!) - Mark and Cassie

A great weekend away. Location is perfect, right by the tram, old Trafford Stadium and Salford quays. Staff were very friendly, rooms lovely and clean and beds super comfy. Great value for money. The breakfast was plentiful which the kids loved. A really nice touch was that the staff placed goodies in the room for the kids to enjoy. Will definitely stay again.

Situated closely to the venue & cannot fault the staff. Greeted by the lovely Amiee who sorted out my parking! Thank you. What an experience and so welcoming. Thank you for your customer service. Will be back again soon. No complaints whatsoever

Met up with my daughter from Devon for a couple of days,we decided on the Premier Inn and we could not of chosen a better hotel as it was excellent for the two days we stayed,would certainly recommend.

Stood at bar with about 5/6 other customers waiting to be served, whilst the bar tender stood on her phone at the restaurant entrance on her mobile phone. When she eventually decided to serve, the guy infront ordered a cocktail for his wife, who was told they don’t have the ingredients.. as she couldn’t be bothered making said cocktail. Everything had to be on her time, even a simple thing like changing the Chanel on the tv, when the remote was tire in-front of her, she changed it 20 minutes later, missing the start of the sport we were at the bar to watch.

Stay was to celebrate wedding anniversary back in our hometown. Hotel handy for sightseeing this part of Salford and Manchester. Stayed in premium plus room which had some extra touches worth having. Breakfast, particularly on the Sunday, was extremely busy with long queues and only 2 waiting staff. However, Jade, the waitress was excellent. Very friendly and efficient. She really impressed us!

Visited as we had a stadium tour booked and was the perfect location. From start to finish every member of staff we encountered were extremely helpful, polite and informative. Can also highly recommend the cooked breakfast. It was the best breakfast I have ever had in a hotel. It was fresh, hot and tasty. It was so good I mentioned it to the staff on the way out. The chef that morning was Haydn. Credit where it’s due - you did a marvellous job! Thank you all.
