Rose checked us in and she was so kind and friendly. We appreciate her smile and caring attitude!!! Thanks ROSE !!!!

Breakfast needs improvement. Three days in a row scrambled eggs were dry and burned-looking.

We arrived late and when we went to our room the fire alarm was going off they moved us to another room same thing we finally were given a new room. the next day we were out until late and when we returned there were no towels called desk and was told to come down and get them . If this is how you treat guests especially during Chris**as we will find a new hotel.

We reserved a two queen bed room, we arrive and they let us know that only two people are allowed per room and the additional guess will have to pay 15.00 each. We did not like it, but we were there, so we paid. Next they when we're going to take a shower, there were only two towels, called the front desk around 8am) and since they did not have anyone one available to take the towels to the room, we hd to ppick them up in the front desk. At checkout, I complaint and their answer was that I should have requested the towels a check in. So they were quick to charge the additional 15.00 per person, but they don't provide anything for it. This place is really bad.

The a/c did not work and our room was so hot. The breakfast was not up to par compared to other Holiday Inn express’ or other hotels we stay at like Hamptons.

The reception gals were so welcoming and friendly When I checked out I mentioned how great the mattress was and she said you know we get that allot so I can give you the make the website etc etc How nice is that!!!!!

Convenient access to I-95. Nice and quiet property. Easy xheckin, courteous feont desk personnel.
