米卡多酒店(Mikado Hotel)

如果能給前台安東尼一萬顆星嗎？我會爭取2萬。進入大廳後立即感受到的善意……大廳的舒適和溫暖，進入房間的便利性，每個房間內的寧靜……我無法用言語形容！還有那些可愛又努力工作、必須跟在每個人後面的女人呢？他們仍然微笑著，而且非常友善。業主是否願意花點功夫修繕庭院？ （被毀了——本來是一個美麗的日式花園。不值得為花園景觀陽台支付額外的費用），如果他們更好地照顧他們的員工——包括可愛的深夜前台天使——這家酒店有潛力成為一個高度值得推薦和需求的機構值得定價。

I had an excellent experience here. The staff was very attentive to my needs and requests. I returned to my room after a day of meetings to find my toilet was not working properly. Before I could inform the front desk there was a knock at my door and the plumber came in to fix it. The dysfunction was discovered during the room cleaning and they were on it! The front clerk called my room to say that they had prepared another room that I could move to if I wanted. They were all wonderful - even the plumber!

Anthony at the front desk was amazing! But that was the highlight of the stay. The rooms are extremely outdated and dirty. In the bathroom, the tub is horrendous and the wallpaper is stained and folding up towards the bottom. There was a lingering smell of cigarettes (non smoking room) that was trying to be masked by another smell that was horrible and unidentifiable. The pillows were extremely stiff and uncomfortable. Every staff member we encountered was kind, but that does not make up for the room cleanliness and discomfort.

It was an average motel which was just a place to stay for one night. They charge 5.00 for parking but there was none available, so we parked at the closed restaurant next door. We could have parked on the street or at the restaurant for no cost. It was rather loud in the morning as we were on first floor and upstairs room must of had a jumping gymnastic team in the rooms as there was yelling and pounding. Wake up and leave asap.

I stayed at the Mikado hotel for one night and I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The room was disgusting. The curtains were ripped, the carpet was stained in multiple spots and was torn from the walls. The walls were dirty as well as the ceiling. I expressed my concerns to the staff at the front desk the next day who eventually assisted me with canceling my stay but overall, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. It needs a major cleaning and renovation that doesn’t make you feel like you’re sleeping in filth.

We found cockroaches in our first room. We notified the staff and were moved to another room that was a tad cleaner and insect free. Overall, a run down hotel with a friendly and accommodating staff. Will not be staying here again.
