漢米爾頓旅館(Hamilton Inn Sturbridge)

Well to start the name. Thought we we booking a Hampton Inn because it was late like 1 in the morning just need a bed. Booked a king bed. Asrrived and tryed to check in to the Hampton Inn to no prevail because it was the Hamilton Inn and both on the same street and the first one was the Hampton Inn. When we got to the right hotel it wasnt light up great and the office was closed and was more like a Motor Inn and had to ring the manger/ office open. Like i said booked a king bed got to the room and 2 doubles. To late to fight about it . True be said it was better inside the the outside. The room was updated with a morden shower the floor was worn but not discusting. Pice was $89 and would stsy again.

The service was great and we were met with smiles and brought directly to our room by the sole proprietor. He familiarized us with things available in the area even though I already had knowledge of it. But I listened intently as if I was a true tourist. We told the owner we’d be happy to come back and stay for more than just one night in the upcoming future because we were very satisfied with the room, it’s condition, our service, the parking, the decor and the price. The only thing we have trouble with was the tv remote control. 🙂

We had a great stay, my only thing was that on ********** it said free breakfast was included and there was no breakfast at all. Which was a little disappointing because I made my choice off that.

Showed up in the evening. Had trouble finding the office went to the wrong door. Rooms as several updates and looked nice. Very hard mattress and the heat did not work. They didn't have any extra blankets. When we left their were many people waiting for breakfast but it was not open until 8am and this was a little after 6am.

The check-in woman was rude, she barely wanted to deal with me and was more concerned about watching a video with kids (assuming watching her kids in the house attached). We called to ask for the Wi-Fi password and some general information regarding the location of amenities (thought there was a pool, my mistake!) and she was rude when giving the information. The floors were dirty, making my feet black walking from the bathroom to the bed (not a huge space to get that dirty). The room temp was set to 80 degrees so took a while to cool down. The room was comfy (beds were comfortable, the room was spacious to move around, had a fridge, microwave, shower with 5 settings). We were put in a room that sat on the hill, away from the rest of the rooms so we heard everything that happened in the town. I checked out at 6:30 am and I don't think they were prepared for guests to leave that early.

Was told that their was a modified continental breakfast only to find out it was 1 cup of coffee in the room coffee maker. Was then asked if i still wanted the room. At this point all the hotel rooms were booked in the area. The beds were hard,no alarm clock in the room, or phone, not even a box of tissues, shower were moldy and all the shower heads didn't work. All in all this was one terrible hotel for $168 a night. I don't think i would use ********* again.

Very friendly staff. Comfortable room with great air conditioning in the middle of summer.

Not a roach coach motel. But close. Semi clean. Outdated. Nice shower. Overpriced for what you get IMO.
