Excelente atención! El patio y espacios comunes amplios muy cómodos. El colchón no sirve hay q cambiarlo ( habitación Mathias) . La cocina mal. Hace falta más luz, más utensiliosy mas control. Las chicas de la limpieza no tienen xq limpiar la mugre de los huespedes... ese es el espíritu de un hostel. Ubicación mil puntos.

Très mauvaise expérience avec la direction. Je me suis fait voler beaucoup d'argent dans le Locker de la chambre. J'ai déposé plainte auprès de la Police. Nous nous sommes rendus à l'auberge et le Directeur n'a pas voulu nous parler. J'ai du insister pour qu'il écoute m'a réclamation. De plus, si vous voulez vous reposer je déconseille cet auberge. Faites attention à vos affaires dans les lockers.

Not LGBTQ+ safe. Experienced discrimination as a trans person. felt deeply unsafe. Caution to fellow community members and allies. 🏳️‍🌈 I feel compelled to share my experience at this establishment as a warning to others, particularly the LGBTQ+ community. Unfortunately, this place does not appear to be a safe space, especially for transgender individuals like myself. During my visit, I encountered discrimination and transphobia that left me feeling deeply uncomfortable and unsafe. It is crucial for allies and members of the LGBTQ+ community to be aware of the potential risks associated with this place. I believe that everyone deserves a welcoming and inclusive environment, and regrettably, this venue falls short in that regard. Our safety and well-being should always come first, and it's essential to support places that share these values.

Superb place, and I'll tell you why... For the price paid (£38 for 1 week) with breakfast, you receive access to a venue, and seemingly one of the most popular venues in Sucre where entrance is around 25bs on the weekend. There is always something happening every night, from music to beer pong etc. The breakfast contains large assortments of fruit platters, breads, juices, yoghurts and jams and cheese, as-well-as coffee and teas. So for around €6 per night, you receive a central location in a historic building with free venue access, a good breakfast and an array of chill spaces (the garden area is very nice too). I was also charged the exact exchange rate (infact 2bs less) which I always appreciate, as often some businesses overcharge on currency conversions. Everything was excellent, and the cleanliness is exceptional. Very well managed indeed, and should you not stay here during your time in Sucre, you should at least visit as you'd be missing out on a top spot otherwise. 110% value.

My son Connor was staying at the Hostel & fell very sick in June 2022. The staff treated him like family, getting a doctor + a nurse to attend him, then taking him to the local hospital, paid for his care upfront and looked at his belongings. Led by receptionist Carlos Jonathan. First Class treatment!

Tout serait parfait dans cet hostel si n'y étaient pas organisées très régulièrement des soirées avec musique à plein tube jusqu'au petit matin. C'est inadmissible dans un hostel comme dans un hôtel, les jeunes aussi peuvent avoir envie de dormir.

L’hôtel est sympa, le restaurant a même l’hôtel est pratique. Après le plus gros défaut est l’odeur dans la salle de bain, la propreté de la chambre. Mais le lit était assez confortable. Le cadre de l’hôtel est assez sympa et cosy. Après si vous voulez être au calme, c’est assez bruyant et il y a beaucoup d’activités. Par contre le personnel est vraiment serviable, gentil et aimable.

Das Hostel ist zentral gelegen. Hat ein super Frühstücks Buffet. Jedoch findet Freitag, Samstag ubd Sonntag Abend eine Party statt. Laute Musik bis 03.00 Uhr. Schlafen kann man da nicht. An den anderen Tagen ist es ruhig.
