瑞德森薩德伯裏酒店(Radisson Hotel Sudbury)

location is so confused, parking is free and room was clean enough but refrigerator is too small. drawers were not fixing, it was getting open again and again by itself. will recommend 50 percent only,

The room was decently clean however being a family I have two concerns with this propety in it's current state. The biggest one was the amount of homeless people/drug ******* around the property. We ventured into the attached mall to pick something up quickly with my daughters and it was concerning. I understand this is out of the hotel's control but was not expecting it and had I known we probably would have gone elsewhere because of our daughters. Second was the pool was closed and drained the entire time we were there. We literally chose the hotel due to a fact there was a pool as we were debating between a hotel with a pool vs a hotel with a free breakfast and picked the pool and it was drained and closed the entire time we were there so that was also very disappointing for our daughters.

It was a decent enough hotel for the price. Bathroom door wouldnt close shut and because of that, would slowly open all the way letting the light get out to the rest of the room during the night and disturb my wife or vice versa when she was using it. On the plus side, staff was responsive and friendly, rooms were clean, and parking was easy and close by to the building. For the price we paid, I would definitely stay there again.

Staff was very nice , they only had feather pillows and I am allergic so I had to go get pillows from a family member who I was visiting. Pool did not look nice but rooms were clean as was the lobby, halls etc. I door parking was scary and the neighborhood is very unsafe. Lots of drug use and for that reason best time I will stay further out of the downtown core . Scary area!!

Très bien comme hôtel, rapport qualité/prix excellent. Chambre de grande dimension, très grande piscine intérieure chauffée, petit retso à l'intérieur. Vraiment supérieur aux nouveaux hotels du genre Holyday Inn Express et autres. Moins modernce certe, mais plus confortable et agréable comme ambiance.

Initially I booked three nights. Upon seeing the room and the hotel it was obvious there was water damage in the walls (bubbbling wall paper) overall dirty and dusty surfaces in elevator, lobby and the room itself. Air quality was dank and musty. I cancelled the second and third nights and am writing this review from the comfort and safety of the holiday inn across town in Sudbury. Stay clear of the radisson in sudbury. The other reviews and pictures on the website are totally misleading.

Le séjour c’est bien passé après avoir pris les mesures entre mes propres mains. Aucune responsable de la maintenance n’était disponible pendant mon séjour, après plusieurs appels à la réception j’ai fini par réparer moi-meme l’évier de la salle de toilette qui était bouché.

Le ventilateur de la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas, donc très humide et l’odeur d’humidité aussi. Mini-frigo très bruyant. La douche sifflait si l’eau était réglée plus chaude que tiède, donc très irritant comme son…
