Last min booked enroute thru Ontario the motels customer service was great, room was clean, comfortable, and renovated. Hotel was quite apart from the highway traffic but easy to hop back on and get going in the am. Also were pet friendly with a little bit of grass around the side and back- far enough off the highway to let them wander out to pee.

The staff was rude! Very Rude! The room was comfortable. I tried to call for the GST number for the tax credit. This was the Only hotel that wouldn't give it to me. The woman on the phone RANTED that she didn't know who I was and didn't have to give that information out.

The motel was easily accessible from the highway and is close enough to Sudbury downtown (about 5 min drive). The staff was helpful and respectful. They were available for a late check-in and even provided us with an upgrade. The room was clean and comfortable.
